I am am app developer and I also want to give many features as possible, no bugs, no crashes and seeing apps with no such feature makes me feel that once I give all those extra features people will download my app more and it will be famous in no time. But it has delayed many of my app's time from a month to four months and I really want to correct myslef and stop chasing perfection.

Unfortunately it will take many burnt fingers and a lot of introspection before you reach that ability to release at the appropriate time.
