- MP Rob Katter dropped a bombshell on Queensland Parliament, proposing the state is split into two. It's the fourth time the Katter Party has made the suggestion.

Rather than split QLD, just split capital cities from the rest of the States.
There's more issues than footy to worry about this arguement splitting QLD into two states. Yet again The Project is making a mockery out of themselves as usual.
The project is a bad comedy show that keeps Rove McManus and hosts wealthy. But no one takes their "news" stories seriously.

It's not another set of politicians, it's your current politicians move into a different parliament. Do you think you could look at the current mistakes now and plan to make it better for a new State? You could even have less politicians by making current electorates larger. Your problem is solved. Pretty sure the $5.5 billion per year in coal royalties could help CQ and NQ. Katters need to thoroughly breakdown the financials in the State budget for the punters
