    Distractive habits are so deeply entrenched in our culture, I'm certainly indoctrinated into many poor habits. Thanks for posting your presentation.

    My takeaway : Make time for traction is very important...that is planning...to identify the distractions..

    My distraction level is literary screwed up....while I was watching this video, a message pop up and the rest is a story

    Indistractable ... really just another word for mindfulness and living in the present moment. This guy hasn’t discovered anything new. If you want to learn this, practice meditation and yoga and read the vedas! You’ll not only find yourself “indistractable” but more importantly you’ll discover the real self within.

      Mindful Messages he didn't claim to have discovered anything new, he even sited Skinner...but he did a great job of explaining what is behind our addictive behavior.

      Clearly you were distracted while listening. It’s actually not at all another word for mindfullness & living & the present. Its about eliminating distractions through high-level purpose, intention, & scheduling each day. In a nutshell, of course. You might take another listen.
