Hi Annette, I have been trying to contact Federico through emails because I would like to make an offer to purchase the Fivizzano cottage house that is back on the market. I tried to call him as well , but no one answers? Is it still available? I would really like to purchase it, if it is still available. If you could please kindly get some answers from Federico, I would really appreciate it. I just really wanted to know if it is taken already? Thank you so much. Blessings.
Stuff happens, but you're right I thought we would be filming a happy ending as well. I know someone is going to take care of this little cottage. Stay tuned. Thanks for watching.
There's a bigger story here that is worth a video. There's a reason why this place has been abandoned by successive buyers. There's probably a lesson in that and the realities of trying to rehab these troubled properties.
There is a story but I am not allowed to tell it unfortunately. The structure is sound a geometra and a contractor have seen it. The lady that owns the property lives in France and has decided to sell it.It's truly a lovely little cottage it just needs some love. Thank you for watching.
Permits and restrictions on what you can and cannot change, finding a project manager to do all the renovations. Sometimes the beauracracy in Italy warrants a back out.
Obviously! LOL, unfortunately, I can't tell you the story. But it's back, and it's really cute, so I assume it won't be on the market for long. It's a gem.
Liz backed out for a reason after such great enthusiasm. Too many unknowns to take a risk. Overpriced for a tiny rundown property that probably will come with countless headaches.
I am not at liberty to tell you what happened, but I will say this is a well-priced in-city dwelling. It is structurally sound. It was never listed ... it came on the market a few months ago and Federico surprised us while house hunting. I adore this little cottage. It may not be for you, but someone will buy it and make it really comfortable and their Italian dream. Keep comments positive as this is a positive space. Have a great weekend and thanks for watching.
@@marthacrow4495 I am not able to share what happened. But the cottage has been checked out by the geometra. It is structurally sound. It's such a charming project.

Hi Annette, can you kindly please give us a guesstimate how much it would cost to renovate this house to bring back its charms it once had? I still find it very charming!
Annette. What in reality do you anticipate the renovation to cost. Not over the top, but really comfortable? Gracias. Chris....I live in Mexico thus the Gracias. Not anticipating Airbnb.
I think it's in the range of 30,000-50,000 depending on choices. It's 300 square feet. It needs a new roof and door and windows, and that's about it structurally.
Me too, I’m interested in why she backed out. 1) Cost was more expensive than she thought? 2) Too small? 3) house has too many issues to overcome? 4) The plans she chose didn’t get ok’d ? Too many restrictions? Throwing out some reasons. I believe it would matter to someone. I was looking forward to watching it transform.
All real estate inquiries should go to Federico. Visit his website here: www.immobiliarecardellini.com it's always on the bottom blurb on the video. So exciting!!! I have a feeling this one is going to be scooped up quickly!
@@AnnetteJosephstyle Dear Annette, thank you so much! I have always loved this house, just exactly what we are looking for. Btw, do you have any idea/guesstimate how much would cost to resuscitate and bring it back to life as it once before? I could feel its pulse of many possibilities and we could be happy living there! Aloha!
I would make a lower offer and I think that depending on fixtures and finish choices, 30-50K should do it. Contact Federico if you're interested. Thanks for watching.

It's unfortunate you can be honest
An outdoor kitchen would be heaven in that courtyard. Imagine hosting a dinner party with friends there...
I love this little place sooo much
Me too, thanks for watching
Still on the market?

No, not the reason it's back on the market, but thanks for the great information. thanks for watching.
Fivizzano looks like an interesting town - and is in Toscana - but not far away in Abruzzo, this would be €6-7,000.
Can't wait to see what happens.
I love it from the beginning! Sure it won’t be long on the market.
agreed. thanks for watching.
What? Liz changed her mind? That was a cute place! Cheers Kirk

Im shocked this is back on the market! It's such a gem. I can not wait to see what someone does with it. The possibilities are endless.
Me too, I think that someone will nab it up. It's such a great property and project.
Is there a possibilty of a small extention, say bedroom with en suite?
I thought Liz bought the property. Care to say what happened. I was looking forward to see the updated renovation.
The property was bought by someone, but not Liz. She changed her mind. Thanks for watching.
I was sure this one was going to sell, for sure! Oh well, their loss is someone else's gain - it won't stick around for long!
Back on the market? Why. It’s so sweet and in Annette’s neighbourhood 😊

Was it too small for Lizz or was there something more concerning about the structure?

@AnnetteJosephstyle why didn't you buy it? I thought the 2 of you were going to thumb wrestle to see who would put in the offer?
It's been sold to a lovely Australian couple.
Is there a pissibilty of adding a small extention say a bedroom with en suite?
Since it is in the centro there is not. But you could add a large pergola.

Why didn’t you buy it?
You said in the first video “one of us is going to buy it” also, “let’s buy it together” .
Why haven’t you?
Ciao Annette. I didn't receive any answer from Federico.
It's August, ferragosto is Thursday. I would wait and try in September. Italy shuts down and goes on vacation.
You are right. I will contact him next month. Thank you.
Maybe we'll get the scoop in Italy is My Fiance? ;)

I thought this sold???
It is back on the market
It is still a great opportunity. It was for Lizz I thought...oh no....wha happen?
Shame that Liz wasted your time showing the properties. If it was a couple hundred I could see an issue arising but 32k? Yikes 😳
