I had a similar move done to me, but the chiro bound my ankles and tilted the full flat of the bed, he then grabbed around my skull at the neck and pulled hard enough to lift me off the bed. It sounded like every vertbrae in my spine cracked then. Whoo! That was cool.
She was great! and i liked her personality too one of my fav. i hope there more of her.
She did alright, I couldn't quit shaking. Even after watching hundreds of people get it done safely. Now, I'm seriously nearly pain free. It's wild.

I am a regular at my Chiropractor, as I get older and the body just wears out I really benefit from regular adjustments and feel so much better for them.

Cracking joints always makes them feel better temporarily. You could crack your own joints and get more permanent results by doing exercises and stretches for the affected areas. This is pure quick fix snake oil.
You're "a regular" because they're not addressing your actual musculoskeletal issues. Seriously ask yourself: are you really making any improvements in the long-term? If not, please stop paying these charlatans and go see a physical therapist.

I would never have watched this video had I not seen the Magic Sign in the background: "Palmer." My great uncle, Dr. Homer York was a graduate of Palmer about a century ago, and one of the founders of the Los Angeles School of Chiropractic. Homer practiced into his nineties before he finally died. He's the ONLY Doctor who - in my opinion - truly was a medical practitioner. I'm probably alive today (age 75) because of the treatments he gave me in my twenties.
My first adjustment was amazing “I didn’t know how much pain I was living with until 2 days after my adjustment”.

I’ve never felt better in my life than when I go to my chiropractor when I have problems with my back after 14 years of being a cable tech and now almost 2 of driving semi. I always recommend then to anyone that says it’s a bunch of bunk. Try it and you’ll be surprised

I still find it amazing the number of people who have never been to a chiropractor, that come to you. I had a good one I went to, unfortunately he was struck by a motorcycle. I hesitate to find another one because I do not want the sideways adjustment. I wish someone near me did your technique.

You’ll definitely be back. I’m in Houston too and totally addicted. After my first adjustment I did feel like I had the flu for a couple of days. It goes away quickly though!

maybe you should try seeing a doctor to supplement the relief you get. You need to correct the underlying issues that are causing the alignment issues in order to have long lasting relief of symptoms.

I’ve had many spine surgeries (due to a defect at L5) and was opioid dependent for 9 years before Dr. Johnson got me to opioid free in 11 months in 2019. So rest assured I have seen ALL the doctors. 👍🏻
As someone who has been a welder since out of high school, over 12 years of trade work has left me feeling rough many times after a long day. I joke to my wife all the time that i am going to fly to texas just to get work done by Gregory Johnson.

It feels good but it is temporary. You must keep on coming back...get it. Go to a reputable physical therapist and put the hard work in.
Once you get everything aligned and improve your posture things start staying in place, then the visits decrease, sometimes ever year or every other year if you practice good posture.
if you are out of alignment and exercise like crazy what will that accomplish? especially when you've trained the muscles to keep the joints and disc's out of place. You can both go to the chiropractor and exercise to get yourself right. It's not one or the other and I know many people that have gone to chiropractors and no longer need to unless they pop something out and it doesn't go back in.

Life long acid reflux, lifer on Prilosec, at 55 quit sugar, bread, fast food and processed food, the acid was gone in 10 days and no more Prilosec. Along with severe joint pain, that's gone as well.

She is much less terrified than I am. I can not do an adjustment, I know I would end up with paralysis. I have a bad back that my Neurologist constantly tells me I need surgery, but I'm too afraid of that.
Give it a shot. Worst case you still need back surgery. I know that Tristan guy, the other chiropractor in the same office as Dr Johnson, said that he originally came in a long time ago, and Dr Johnson's adjustment kept him from needing surgery.

I've seen chiropractors off and on all my life, and I'm seriously on the fence with the "impulse gun." I'm calling B.S. on it. I also have my doubts about chiropractors saying one leg is shorter than the other one. People may have a shorter leg , and that's not what I mean. The process to determine it is what I call B.S. on because it can easily be manipulated to show a shorter leg simply by pushing up on one leg or the other before you bend your legs up. Don't get me wrong, I do believe in chiropractic care ,I just believe there's a lot of showmanship involved.
I used the same technique on my dingle and now I have 3 legs.

I had terrible back pain. I couldn't play catch with my kids work was terrible. Tried all the regular " main stream" . Wanted me to take medication, no I'm not taking medicine the rest of my life. The cli cher was some idiot doctor wanted to give me epidural shots in my spine every 30 days!! I found a great chiropractor, he saved my life. I am pain free for over 20 years!!!
