I agree. This technique is safely sterile and allows for repeated passes in hard to reach areas without obstruction of an artery.

Lita Burns never aspirate with cannulas. It has no value. Just keep moving.

No, it doesn’t get stuck
A blunt tipped cannula is unlikely to pierce a vessel, but can it slip into a vessel that has already been pierced by the entry needle?
