Ukrainian 7-Year-Old 'Let It Go' Singer Has Joyful Reunion With Susanna Reid | Good Morning Britain

She won the hearts of millions worldwide with her rendition of Let It Go from a bomb ravaged basement in Kyiv. 7 year old Amelia and her brother Misha, 15, escaped to Poland with their grandmother while mum Liliia and their father Roman, remained in Ukraine - it was a story dramatically told to Susanna by Liliia when Susanna visited Poland and met them at the end of April.
Amelia has since become a symbol of Ukrainian spirit singing now on primetime television and to packed stadiums. She has also travelled to Monaco where she met - and sang - to Prince Rainier. Preparing to go back to school in Poland in September she misses her friends and her father who can’t leave Ukraine and Liliia is wondering what the more medium to long term future holds for the family - she had hoped the stay would be temporary.
