Took my trident out too, I was having to clean it everyday when the weather warmed up. My water is still spot on with the original eazy and I only have to clean it every 3-4 days. I have been looking at the Red Label Happy drum which is a combi drum but my ponds only 1500 gallons. £2385 seems a great price and thats with UV, waste chute jets and red x matting in the last chamber too. West midlands koi that price is from btw.
Yeah originally I was sold on the trident buy like you said it has to be cleaned every day. No noticed no difference in water clarity since taking it off. I'll have to take a look at those drums myself. Some of the prices for them are crazy.
