This place has been one of my top considerations for a stay in Bangkok in a few months. As you mentioned though, it feels very "business" like and you're stuck with a 6 month contract. I'm leaning towards a more local and authentic Bangkok living environment. Something closer to the ground too. I've been looking at places near and in Chinatown (old Bangkok). Thank you and your friend for a proper tour of the residence!
Wow spectacular. That's why I'm headed to Vietnam and Thailand to live this year... if we move past the pandemic. I'm 60 and the cost of housing, food, and medical is so reasonable in South East Asia right now. Plus the food... and yeah lots of nice amenities there. To compare, in 2021 I was in a brand new building in Jersey City, New Jersey... less than a mile from New York City just on the other side of the Hudson River. $2,100 a month for a 48th floor studio.
try checkout Kuala Lumpur.. its even cheaper.. better variety of cuisine.. everybody speaks English.. if you are not familiar with ''capitalist nomad'' check him out for more Infor..

13K Bhat / 400 usd per month is a ridiculous price and the room is a great size with a sofa area. you cant even find such luxury for that price in other cities OMG, I would love to live there.
amazing price for the decor. Its perfect for 1 person to live in. If you need a bigger space to do some work, can always make use of the lounges within the condo facility, or simply head out to a nearby cafe with our laptop.

Was in this area two weeks ago at Jodd Fairs market - fabulous market - every food stall is spotlessly clean - highly recommended. Though you cant rent per week or night at Life condo, there are others in the area where you can. Absolutely loving your videos Mickey - keep them coming - your chat is perfect and your videography and editing / music is spot on mate !!!

Nice unit beautiful building. I filmed another unit when it opened, they were asking 15,000 baht, many commenting 'too small, too expensive' . Imagine the cost of a similar fitted unit with 3 rooftop pools and 2 gyms in say center of London or Vancouver? lol
Indeed the apartment itself is not that big. Most of the new buildings in BKK has quite compact layouts of apartments, as buyers have to pay 150-300K Baht for each extra square meter of their property (when they buy it), so developers are creating smaller layouts with "indeed useable space" to make it "more affordable"
@@kmichael1850 no , you cannot, because Bangkok is way more fun , exciting,warm and better in almost everything but less expensive. In Bangkok you live like a King but in Vancouver and and London you’d live like a peasant .🤣🤣🤣

Not everyone can deal with the air pollution, noise pollution, giant rats and roaches, year round heat and humidity. Personally I love to visit and holiday but not sure I'd want to live there. But everyone is different.

That condo is next to my condo😂 pretty great but a bit too crowded, most of the residents are university students. I love living in this area there is a 7/11 in that condo and also close to the two big malls and MRT.

Those signs for no airbnb renting are in almost every condo building in. Bangkok. Noone seems to care though since people still do it.

Just like any place you rent the rent obviously increases as the years go on. But for a 6 month vacation to Bangkok this is the way to go
