Hey Daggerwin. I've found a mod for you which may be helpful. It's a large high horsepower tractor on modhub, a John Deere 8760 by Siid modding. Its 300 to 370bhp. Positives, there is a new and used version which can be accessed through the color choice and it does reduce the price to around 85,000. Negatives, it's quite slow and may not be in keeping with Survival Challenge. Loving the series.
You should get the John Deere windrower (self propelled mower) from modhub. I have also modded a Great Plains seeder/planter, it runs easy on 150hp with a 12mtr span and costs £50,000 new. I can send you it if you want it. Awesome video, love the changes from day one, keep it up Daggerwin .
Anyone else think Daggerwin should make a dirt road around the perimeter of his property/fields to not only help get around but prevent the issue of the field edges being out of bounds

Absolutely love this series I've rewatched it about twice. I have about 400 hours in fs19 and I never thought about roleplaying and attempting to start with minimum until I came across your videos. I really love playing like that. Keep up the amazing work you have a beautiful farm.

nothings better than seeing that Daggerwin dont just cut all the "trail and errors" out of the video makes it feel like we are a part of the process and solutions!! super great series love it! Suggestions: you should get a designated trailer for the wool :) maybe add some dirt patch under and around the sheeps feeding station! for the machinery storage you could add a shed at a 90degree angle from the other so basically straight infront of the house pass the fence !
For all the grass work, when you are doing it for immediate resale, if in reality (I know it’s game but survival style), the cost of the twine would push you onto the loading wagon
I've only watched the first 1:30 of the video but its truly impressive with how successful you've been. With the hard economy, no leasing and still get this far? Hats off to you Dags.
Great work as always. The Nadal telescopic rake is a wind rower which fits to the front of the tractor, so you can row and use a loading wagon in one pass, but you might need a beefier tractor to run both.
If you change the pickup height of the loading wagon, maybe you can use it behind the windrower. It's a standard option on most of them, keep up the great work Dag ✌️
Hi daggerwin I've got an intro idea where your in a forest somewhere in plot 16 and the time has to be 11oclock pm and a beast will shout at you (you might have to wait for a bit (5 mins)
You should try the Vicon FastBaller from the Vicon Kverneland equipment DLC. It has a clever system which allows you to make round bales without stopping, as if you had a square baler. It can also wrap. This way you could windrow, bale and wrap all in one go without stopping.
I'm a bit behind, but the John Deere Big Baler in the in-game mod-hub has larger capacity round bales by default that are still compatible with stackers/wrappers. And it's cheap. Also, you carry your load too high with your front loaders. It makes them extra tippy. :)

Daggerwin the perfect tractor for you to replace the John Deere with is on modhub it’s the Ursus 1654-1954 pack in medium tractors. It starts at £42000 for 158hp but can be upgraded to 225hp plus because it’s an older tractor you could buy used. It can have a front linkage too so it’s probably the best you’ll get for the cheapest price.
i think FS19 Dev team might have missed something when creating the game, the fact that us humans can lean forward and lean our heads out the side of a forklift to see where we/you want the forks to go, but then again it is just a game, but its a simulator its suppose to simulate the type of machines you can use in the real world, i think once they get that fixed and other minor details they will be the best simulator game ever, even though they already are lol, nice vid Daggerwin, and Grats to the guy for longest supporter! GG, i am currently trying to figure out why i cant play this game or any game, years ago i suffered a loss "My Son" and 3 months later 3 heart attacks making me unable to work also my memory is shot, but recently i've noticed that i get hyped up to play but when i get to steam i just lose interest, but i dont know why, my oldest son and wife told me i use to play games all the time even with our kids now i cant even get my mouse pointer to click on "Play Now". I'm hoping someone either its Daggerwin or the community i'll do anything to play games and hang out with my other kids again. Hope all are well and safe including your families, god bless
I have a rassvete game save with just the cheap john Deere's equipment. 2 old tractors, seeder, nailer, etc. It all matches and no resell value. Makes it like a survival. Love the rassvete map btw
i was using that windrower with the lizard batwing mower on the big new holland/ford/fiat in the number 2 field on oakfield map, running seasons/precision farming... long story short the full setup of all 3 machines fell through the map and out of existence "un-resettable"
Seems like the grass would have been far easier, faster and cheaper to just use the collection wagon. It's not like you were looking to store them. They just went straight to the Bio-gas plant.
It's possible to use the windrower and a loading wagon together.. you'll just have to configure the hitch to best work with the loading wagon's hitch. Then back for the baler.. Though mine works for my baler and wagon with one configuration.. it depends on the hitches on the equipment
Just watched the west coast series again and I think that the format that it was in with more episodes per week would work better not saying this doesn’t work just think if you tried going back to the old format like the main let’s play like 2-4 times a week then the secondary such as multiplayer or survival challenge and still one role play other than that your vids make my week 👍

I would have gone for the JD 690 or the Big Pack 120-80, the Krone version, from the Arm team because they only cost about 12k,only need 115 hp, and make standard square bales, which means you can use Autostackers like the Arcusen

This is the thing about using too many different mods. There's no central management of mods, so there's no way to make sure they are all "current" and properly updated. All it takes is one that isn't updated and it can throw off the whole farm. Sometimes I feel like less is more.

There is a john deere square Baker on mod hub that is compatible with the auto staker for about 12,000
Day 61 of trying to tell dag that the auger out the side of the shop will give him any thing he wants that can go in a trailer or a tank
For me it is used to get manure to feed my cows (its a mod called reuseable droppings)

If you lowered the weight on the back of the Massy it would make the tractor more stable by lowering the center of gravity
You should sell the Massey so you can get a bigger tractor, just buy a front loader for the Deere
