Piacine C When you cook over medium-low heat and see the dough getting golden brown, just flip them once and wait until that side is golden grown as well. Then flip twice, only stopping for a few seconds between flips. If you're satisfied, placce on a plate and let cool (it will cook a bit more, ca. 1 minute, on the plate because of the oil in the dough and on the outside as well as the red bean paste). Hope this helps!
I'm going to make these tomorrow. My beans are soaking right now to make the paste 😋
Good luck! This is super yummy.
I love red bean paste! Thank you for the yummy recipe! Your video skills are very good too :)
Sooo good
Hi there, any alternatives i can use for the all-purpose flour in here?
my dough was sticky. did i add too much oil?
Mine is too, but I'm unsure of the reason.
Does the red bean paste have to be smooth?
No. You can use homemade smashed red bean paste.
Can i bake it instead of frying?
Baking should work too.

Piacine C Another good tip is to place the pancakes on the pan and wait until the side facing up becomes transparent.
So is the pancake sweet from the red bean paste?
Yes, sweet red bean paste is almost in every bites, so the pancake will not be tasteless.
