I just did this and let me tell you, you're a life saver lol. I've always had this little hole in my left eyebrow and I hated it sooo much, I did this with my hair and I'm obsessed, it looks super natural! thank you 😂❤
I think it would turn out ten thousand times more undetectable if you back comb your brows as you place each hair. This way you can put each little hair directly on skin and when you brush the section you back combed over it it will all blend better. I hope this made sense.
Well, super! I actually watched some false eyebrow videos and almost bought some and then thought, well, why can't I make my own? Then I found you. Brilliant! By the way, what I use to make it look like I have more eyebrows than I actually have is Lash Ink, 4 day mascara in brown. I use a stiff angled eyebrow brush, brush it across the mascara and gently feather the mascara on the light, almost invisible hairs that are still growing on my skin on my browline. It stays on better than any other product. I can't use it on my eyelashes because it is hard to get back off then later biodegrades and falls into my eyes. Painful! Thanks for sharing your brilliance and courage.
There is such things as eyebrow "extension" it's basically what you did here but they last, they are like eyelash extensions so you have to get them replaced however many weeks though. This was a really cool video and I loved the look of the finished product!
What did you do to dye the hair? The light blonde ends were cut, but the next shot shows them as brown. I'm not trying to call you out, just curious what you did.
I didn't dye the hair, I first chopped some off my ends and then realised they were too light. I then chopped some hairs that were closer to my roots (at the back of my head so know one can notice!) as they were much darker.
I definitely think you went a little overboard your right brow particularly at the front of the brow (which would be the left side for anyone watching) but I think the other side came out really good and natural looking and I'm sure with more practice they could look even better
+Stephanie Lange Jamaican black castor oil & rapid grow ...or just tattoo them on, the procedure costs like $200-300 ...yeeesh they're all better than gluing your own hair on your face 😭
Stephanie could you please do a segment on some of the hacks that are out there. For example, using baby powder over your liquid foundation or caster oil on your eyebrows and eye lashes. Which ones are good to use and which ones are not. Oh I also heard coating your eye lashed with baby powder will make them thicker.
they don't look bad at all. there are eyebrow extensions you can get too by professionals, but I think you did an equivalent great job. I've heard of people getting hair plugged into their eyebrows to grow new hair. anything is possible.
They look great and were free! I don't get why people are seriously getting so upset! It's a great idea, esp if you have tons of hair like I do Id never miss any if I cut some off... There's an option for everyone, we are all different. I think it's great to see different ideas!
This is actually a pretty cool idea and it even looks better than those eyebrow wigs. You did a really good job at making them look as natural as possible you would never be able to tell that those weren't your real brows
Very cool idea, and they look great! I didn't pluck my eyebrows too much as a teen so I've still got plenty of brow hair in my forties, and I don't use any color or fillers. Love your techniques!
I did this months ago and it turned out like crap with the glue. My brows were hard. I used hair extensions in three different colors to try and get a natural faded effect. Yours turned out great! Great minds think alike. I still have the brow hairs I made in glass baby food jars! Maybe I'll try it again. Oh and just incase anyone tries this the hair glue from Sally's doesn't work like I thought it would.
I've been using castor oil on my eyelashes and brows and, much to my surprise, it actually does work. I've actually had to trim some hairs that just keep growing.
Ive heard about some brow extension thingy where they do what you did but they'll back comb the hairs so that the tiny hairs will stick on the spaces and it looks so cool! But I'm sure it's pretty expensive and will most probably not last forever:(:(
Have you ever tried micro blading it's a different techniques than the traditional eye brow tattooing I've seen many friends with great results I definitely recommend checking into it and its permanent
Yeh I've tried brow tattooing a few times and hated the result! I'm going back to a different brow specialist next month to try micro blading and see if she can fix it! x
Hi Stephanie I've had micoblading and its great but it is not permanent just like semi permanent make up. you have to have top ups every year to 18 months as it fades as they only penetrate the top few layers of dermis. Permanent would mean full on tattooing not recommended xx
+Stephanie Lange please do a video of when you get micro blading i have the same problem where my eyebrows dont grow back and contemplating microblading
So you left us hanging bit..... Did you end up putting brow powder over them? How long did they last when you washed your face? Did you end up having to use the glue remover?
You have a ridiculous amount of patience. like, it looks surprisingly good, but im just in awe of how you sat and essentially crafted two eyebrows, hair by hair. I don't even know how I ended up here......
I love how innovative you are! You aren't afraid to think outside the box and I always look forward to your videos because they are so different! Plus we both have hooded eyes and it took me forever to realize why most people's eyeshadow tutorials never work for me...it's because we have different eyelids! You've helped me so much!
I'm surprised; it's really not that bad for a first try. With some practice, patience and less glue, this might work for some people. Though it would probably be more easily hidden if used for sparse patches rather than trying to thicken the whole brow. Interesting experiment!
What a cool idea. Great video. Let us know how they worked out. When semipermanent glue is used to put lash extensions on, the lashes can't get wet for 48 hrs after applying the lashes. That ensures that the lashes don't fall off right away . It's probably the same for brows.
Stephanie you are a genius you are very creative that’s why you do make up so well and one time I heard that you also draw or paint that is incredible very proud of you have a blessed day ❤️💄
hey stephanie!! I was watching your video on growing your eyebrows using minoxidil today, but in this video you mentioned that the things you've tried in the past didn't work... so in your honest opinion would you still recommend minoxidil as an effective treatment for eyebrow growth??
Coconut oil will help. The castor oil does virtually nothing unless you rub it in, but even then it's not the actual castor oil, it's just the promotion of blood circulation.
What a great idea and how brave are you to try it. I love it, i think they look very natural. I wish I could do this. I wish there was a permanent way to transplant hair on the eyebrows. I would it.
Stephanie, why don't you just get your eyebrows tattooed? Thousands of people have done it and say that it looks good and I feel like it would be great for you seeing as you are unhappy with the thickness and shape of your eyebrows.
I believe at the beginning of the video, she mentioned that she had tried it before. I think she just said she didn't like the results. This is also a recent comment from her; *"Yeh I've tried brow tattooing a few times and hated the result! I'm going back to a different brow specialist next month to try micro blading and see if she can fix it! x"* ::)
This was absolutely amazing! I have Alopecia and no body hair whatsoever and I thought of doing this years ago and looked more like Shrek, but your technique was wonderful and not at all over the top (which is what I did). I'll be borrowing some of my daughter's long thick hair and having a go!
You can try shading them in I do that with mine but obviously shading doesn't really look that great depending on how it's done. But this is the first time I've seen someone do this, I think it looks cool and it's a pretty good idea!
Errmagerd! Amaze-balls! As a hooded eye chick, I love your videos, and your personality ROCKS! My own brows are still pretty full, but I've noticed a few patchy bits starting to get more noticeable. What a great idea. Thank you!
You guys she said she tried everything so maybe she tried eyebrow extensions. She was thinking outside the box to fix the "problem" she had. They look filled in much better. As far as the glue showing, could you maybe go over your brows with a brow pencil lightly so it doesn't rip them out, or maybe a powder? All in all I think u did a great job💗
I think you should try a different salon for brow tattooing honey. I've had my brows tattooed twice in 10 years. The first time was old school "block" tattoo and it lasted six years. After two years of no brows again I went and had them tattooed again using the micro blade technique and they look incredible and are holding their pigment very well. My tip would be to go for feather touch or micro blading rather than old school block tattooing and to choose a shade quite a bit darker than the end result you want xx
She said that the falsies she had are too dark/black to use as eyebrow fillers... And i don't think that i've seen lashes that color before (I have seen brown, but they were darker.). It's almost impossible to find lashes that shade, which is why she had to use her own hair.
Phoenix Siren It wouldn't be permanent, but it may alter the shape of the lashes just a little and it would make the brows look really clumpy. Besides, I think that using falsies as eyebrow fillers looks better on people with dark hair anyway, since it's easy to find dark lashes, and they're cheap.
GURL THIS IS A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! thank you for this hack 😍❤ my eyebrows look amazing now, just used it in my front brow where I don't have so much brow hair and it's amazing 😍 only I'm using DUO eyelash adhesive glue
This actually works in some other vids I've seen but these brows just look like a gluey mess :') still love that you tried it tho! Next time maybe use less glue, and glue them allong your natural growth while combing your brows in between hairs. Also when you use snipped-off hair, the hairs won't be tapered towards the end which makes it look a little more unnatural too. Theres actual brow/eyelash extensions you can buy on amazon/aliexpress/ebay in different hair colors.
Hey, honestly extremely curious, how long did they stay on? Naturally I have very thin, very light eyebrows and I hate not filling them in because of how they look naturally, it honestly almost looks like I don't have any when I don't. But if this stayed for more than 3 days and would save me some time I may be actually interested in this. Also did them falling out result in any of your own brow hairs falling out? Because I don't have much eyebrow hair and I'd love to keep what I at least have lol.
How many people thought that this was clickbait at first? HAHA Ily
haha yeee i did
ME! I was just coming to comment that very thing haha.. I can't believe she actually did it.
me
Lol as in clicking the video I'm thinking this HAS TO BE clickbait
Me lol cx
you should glue them along your natural growth pattern next time.
i agree
Right it looked like she was putting them on horizontally. :/ and gluing the tops instead of the bottom.
I thought they looked good, the whole point on this was to make them them look thicker
I was thinking that as well...from far they looked ok but up close they looked a mess
Nerys Garrett yes. But they look shitty when they're placed opposite of the way her actually eyebrow hairs grow. Looks messy.
Definitely thought this was going to be clickbate. You're a genius
+Danielle S 😂😂 thank you!
Same you are awesome
I just did this and let me tell you, you're a life saver lol.
I've always had this little hole in my left eyebrow and I hated it sooo much, I did this with my hair and I'm obsessed, it looks super natural! thank you 😂❤
I think it would turn out ten thousand times more undetectable if you back comb your brows as you place each hair. This way you can put each little hair directly on skin and when you brush the section you back combed over it it will all blend better. I hope this made sense.
BOOM! lmao
That's actually an amazing idea. You go 👍🏻👍🏻
yes girl good tip
Great idea, except that the glue is designed to stick lashes to other lashes, hair to hair - not skin.
+Joanne Carroll eyelashes do stick to skin, they above the eyelashes
Amber Scholl had a similar idea and hers turned out great.
How wonderful
NaomiColleenXOXO 😬 damn I sense some guru drama
NaomiColleenXOXO *sips tea* 🐸☕️
Ambers looked amazing!♥♡
NaomiColleenXOXO great idea but imagine she eats a piece of fried chicken wings then rubs her finger over her brows in front of a date.....😂😂😂😂😂🐸☕.
do you realise that there are brow extensions?
She's just doing it cheaply not expensively.
The brow extensions are about $5 from ebay or amazon
+Katie Horsfall hmmppp maybe for a video making like DIY
+Katie Horsfall eBay? You mean the website with the 'SCAM' sticker stuck across the home page?
There's wigs for them, she's done them but it was too dark and sometimes might not be your hair colour so you know.
Wtf why did you glue the front part upside down ?! Noooo
lol !
That's how the hair naturally grows
I thought the same thing! it was horrible!
+Melymonade
wtff? idk where u girls from, but my brows dont come in Upside down O-o
a lot of ppl's brows grow like that at the front naturally
This was so creative I've never see anything like it, the end results were really good!
Well, super! I actually watched some false eyebrow videos and almost bought some and then thought, well, why can't I make my own? Then I found you. Brilliant! Your left eyebrow looked pretty amazing actually! You should totally let us know how the rest of the experiment went!!
There is such things as eyebrow "extension" it's basically what you did here but they last, they are like eyelash extensions so you have to get them replaced however many weeks though. This was a really cool video and I loved the look of the finished product!
wow this actually came out pretty damn good. i applaud your creativity!

no one. lol

Eyebrows do look good. Talking about a labor of love!!!!!!! Wow. What patience!
Luv your eye look here.
Girl castor oil works WONDERS!!
Didn't work for me sadly!
try coconut oil!
Castor oil relaxes the muscles so your eyebrow droops a bit. I noticed it myself and thank God I heard that and stopped before it got worse
+xisobelx373 Do you recall the name of the serum you used?
+Stephanie Lange Jamaican black castor oil & rapid grow ...or just tattoo them on, the procedure costs like $200-300 ...yeeesh they're all better than gluing your own hair on your face 😭
Stephanie could you please do a segment on some of the hacks that are out there. For example, using baby powder over your liquid foundation or caster oil on your eyebrows and eye lashes. they don't look bad at all. there are eyebrow extensions you can get too by professionals, but I think you did an equivalent great job. I've heard of people getting hair plugged into their eyebrows to grow new hair. anything is possible.
Use your arm hair! It's thinner like eyebrow hairs naturally are and it should be the perfect length
Mine is so blonde it's almost clear, but if you had dark arm hairs that's a great idea!
Lol so is mine but you could probably use lash/brow tint on a patch of the hair before you cut it off and that might work
my eyebrows are as thick as the hair on my head
+Tragedy Martinez same
Tragedy Martinez, my brows are way thicker than the hair in my head and darker too. I think everyone is different.
me at the start: steph you've lost the plot
me at 2:42: STEPH YOU'RE A BLOODY GENIUS
haha!
lmao.
They look great and were free! I don't get why people are seriously getting so upset! It's a great idea, esp if you have tons of hair like I do Id never miss any if I cut some off... There's an option for everyone, we are all different. I think it's great to see different ideas!
it used to be possible to buy eyebrow hairs like false lashes - saw them in an MUA kit!
Amazon sells them!
Fibercrazed Oh cool!
They still exist
ugufu
I wasn't so sure about this at the start but I must say the result is brilliant! You continue to amaze me with your creativity, personality and beauty
omg your do crazy..you have now started a new trend gosh knows what we Will see
This is actually a pretty cool idea and it even looks better than those eyebrow wigs. You did a really good job at making them look as natural as possible you would never be able to tell that those weren't your real brows
did they stay on?I'm curious to know
+Reham most of them did actually!
+Stephanie Lange are they still on?
+soph the Unicorn yes she is 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
Very cool idea, and they look great! I didn't pluck my eyebrows too much as a teen so I've still got plenty of brow hair in my forties, and I don't use any color or fillers. Love your techniques!
OMIGOD Stephanie that's so smart!!! it looks really natural, maybe just trim them a bit to get those brows on fleek❤️😊
So, how long did they actually stay on?
I THINK YOUR IDEA WAS VERY CREATIVE & BRILLIANT!! THE BROWS LOOK WONDERFUL -I LOVE THE NATURAL VISIBLE HAIRS 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Far away - oh she has nice eyebrows , they look threaded
Close up - oh my, what happened to that ladies eyebrows, shit
for real lmao
I really liked how it turned out. You didn't think twice about cutting ur hair- cool!
you can get brow extensions or the individual hairs to do them yourself, they're tapered
Where do you find them, I am totally intrigued by this idea!!
My issue is that I dont have enough hairs though, not that my brow hairs aren't long enough, you know? Not sure if that would work for me! x
+Stephanie Lange omg dude what u did is the process of getting nice eyebrow extensions. Its not to extend short hairs its to fill the gaps in!
I've been using castor oil on my eyelashes and brows and, much to my surprise, it actually does work. I've actually had to trim some hairs that just keep growing.
i need to stay away from internet for a little while
😂🤣 that was great
I think they do look good!! However I think what you could do to make it better you can trim the fairs a bit more once they're on! 😍💕
You could also clean out your own hair brush and use that hair. Recycling 😊
I'm going back to a different brow specialist next month to try micro blading and see if she can fix it! x
+Stephanie Lange I have the same situation with my brows, I was reading about microblading but I'm scared... Good luck if you decide to do it!!!
+Angelica Cantu do it! I had mine done a month ago and I love them! :)
Did you end up having to use the glue remover?
pretty cool, maybe next time use some taupe eyeshadow in the glue to give it that color of your brows so it will not look white
U are hot
You have a ridiculous amount of patience. like, it looks surprisingly good, but im just in awe of how you sat and essentially crafted two eyebrows, hair by hair. I don't even know how I ended up here......
hahaha i literally love this. you are insane and it's amazing
I love how innovative you are! You aren't afraid to think outside the box and I always look forward to your videos because they are so different! Plus we both have hooded eyes and it took me forever to realize why most people's eyeshadow tutorials never work for me...it's because we have different eyelids! You've helped me so much!
The picture and title really got my attention!! Haha 😂😂 your so gorgeous Stephanie xx
When I started watching the video I was thinking that it's so crazy it could actually work and I was right because the result looks really good!
Ha, I thought that was going to be terrible but I'm actually impressed and that's hard to do! 😂 I applaud you 👏 They look natural just about
You should do a follow up video and say how long they lasted and how they looked when filled with powder! ☺️
This already exists it's called eyebrow extensions and you don't have to cut your own hair.
She said she didn't want to spend money in the beginning of the video. she also did say you could get eyebrow extentions in the end.
its cheaper
+Nancy Nava no, she mentioned getting cheap hair extensions and cutting them.
Yeah but it's easier to use your own hair
Viet Pee It doesn't matter. you can still use your hair. If you don't want to go to the hair store and buy some kanekalon hair.
I barely have words...This has got to be the craziest thing I have seen in the name of beauty
looks good except for glue which im sure u can hide! did they stay on?
Yep the majority of hairs stayed on! x
I'm surprised; it's really not that bad for a first try. With some practice, patience and less glue, this might work for some people. Though it would probably be more easily hidden if used for sparse patches rather than trying to thicken the whole brow. Interesting experiment!
How long did it last? :)
What a cool idea. Great video. Let us know how they worked out. When semipermanent glue is used to put lash extensions on, the lashes can't get wet for 48 hrs after applying the lashes. That ensures that the lashes don't fall off right away . It's probably the same for brows.
That looks dreadful.
Just like you then
Your hearts even worse
+Su pirinc geez chill peeps
Thank god!! I'd rather pencil mine in than do this.. it looks like she fell in glue and hay.
The way she glued on the front part of her eyebrows... Q_Q
Stephanie you are a genius you are very creative that’s why you do make up so well and one time I heard that you also draw or paint that is incredible very proud of you have a blessed day ❤️💄
Get micro blading, its basically the professional version of this x
+Ruby Blower I have but I still didn't get the effect I want! X
Or even closer is eyebrow hair transplant!
You did??? I though micro blading stays for a couple of years. :O And on other people it looks amazing.
+MarioWASD ya totes fades I've been getting my brows tattooed since 2003 & in 2 weeks will be my 4th time & getting micrbrows.
Brow extensions are the professional version of this
You did an amazing job...love it and really need to make this part of my daily routine but yikes the time involved!
And this actually looks really good. Very natural.
they look amazing! i think you should keep using this technique
lmao do we get an update on how long this lasted?
hey stephanie!! I was watching your video on growing your eyebrows using minoxidil today, but in this video you mentioned that the things you've tried in the past didn't work... so in your honest opinion would you still recommend minoxidil as an effective treatment for eyebrow growth??
When u hacked your hair like that 😱
Also how long did it take u? I agree, they look pretty good apart from the glue 👍🏼
yeah never cut your hair like that 😨😵😱
its just hair.
I cringed so much >.
lol it grows back life goes on
This is actually such a good ideaaa...it helps so much when you don't have a lot of brows on your face
Did you try using castor oil on your brows? It helps with eyebrow and eyelash hair growth
It doesn't re make the follicles
Didn't work for me
Actually, Castor Oil doesn't work with hair growth. It does not give you or replace follicles.
for me it worked i mix coconut olive oil and castor oil in one little bottle and put on eyebrow and eyelashes! Try vaseline too..xxx
I would it.
Looks a mess close up in all honest, I would've just payed for brow extensions, castor oil or microblading.
I was looking for ways to enhance my eyebrows after my natural ones started to thin out due to chemo. What you did is very creative.
P.S. How do you deal with all the mean girls on here? Crazy angry girls find something else to do.
What a GREAT idea! Please let us know how long they lasted and how well they held up! This is amazing!
Stephanie, why don't you just get your eyebrows tattooed? Thousands of people have done it and say that it looks good and I feel like it would be great for you seeing as you are unhappy with the thickness and shape of your eyebrows.
I believe at the beginning of the video, she mentioned that she had tried it before. I think she just said she didn't like the results. This is also a recent comment from her;
*"Yeh I've tried brow tattooing a few times and hated the result! I'm going back to a different brow specialist next month to try micro blading and see if she can fix it! x"*
::)
Meggo My Eggo Sure!!1!! We should make it a collab!
This was absolutely amazing! I have Alopecia and no body hair whatsoever and I thought of doing this years ago and looked more like Shrek, but your technique was wonderful and not at all over the top (which is what I did). I'll be borrowing some of my daughter's long thick hair and having a go!
How long did this take to do?
You can try shading them in I do that with mine but obviously shading doesn't really look that great depending on how it's done. But this is the first time I've seen someone do this, I think it looks cool and it's a pretty good idea!
Omg I can't believe you just cut some of your hair off 😩
Love it brilliant idea, going to try it.
I do use caster oil on my brows for regrowth & it does work 👌👏
What about doll hair????
+Megan Doris omg yes! That would probably work!
+Stephanie Lange guess it's good having kids around 😂
looool DEAD!! I'm gonna try this method out with my sister's hair, she has pretty long and thick hair!!!
Errmagerd! Amaze-balls! As a hooded eye chick, I love your videos, and your personality ROCKS! My own brows are still pretty full, but I've noticed a few patchy bits starting to get more noticeable. What a great idea. Thank you!
From far away, It looks fine, but I think you shouldve snipped off some baby hairs instead. The hair you cut off is too thick in my opinion
Oh my gosh the patience you have! What a great idea! I'd never find the patience to do it, but good on you!
Wonder if she got this idea from Amber
Mrs.Pilla ' exactly
Mrs.Pilla ' This video is from July, which means that she posted first than amber.
All in all I think u did a great job💗
bahaha I do this to fill in some thin spots glad I'm not the e only one!! I'm not weirdddds any more!! 😂😂😂
My tip would be to go for feather touch or micro blading rather than old school block tattooing and to choose a shade quite a bit darker than the end result you want xx
you can get eyebrow extensions thats an actual thing
This is what I was going to suggest. It is a real thing. But kudos for her doing this herself...I would've screwed it up, lol.
She said she doesn't wanna spend money
Microblading is the best for you. I had same issue as you and now everyone notices how full and real looking by eyebrows are. Trust me it's worth it
how about cutting up false lashes and using those hairs?
She said that the falsies she had are too dark/black to use as eyebrow fillers... And i don't think that i've seen lashes that color before (I have seen brown, but they were darker.). It's almost impossible to find lashes that shade, which is why she had to use her own hair.
are there any falsie that you can change the color of using mascara?
Phoenix Siren Possibly, but it may look really clumpy because you'd have to layer on the mascara to get a high opacity.
good point. would be an interesting thing to see and try out though, it wouldn't be permanent
GURL THIS IS A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! thank you for this hack 😍❤ my eyebrows look amazing now, just used it in my front brow where I don't have so much brow hair and it's amazing 😍 only I'm using DUO eyelash adhesive glue
genuinely thought it was complete clickbait at first lmao. (it isn't!)
You used way to much glue
Lol you have a lot of patience! I would only do that if it was permanent!
Sorry girly but it looks like my eyebrows before I trim them
Omg I never actually thought u could use head hair on your eyebrows! Great job for thinking out of the box!
how about just filling in your eyebrows
Hey, honestly extremely curious, how long did they stay on? Naturally I have very thin, very light eyebrows and I hate not filling them in because of how they look naturally, it honestly almost looks like I don't have any when I don't. But if this stayed for more than 3 days and would save me some time I may be actually interested in this. Also did them falling out result in any of your own brow hairs falling out? Because I don't have much eyebrow hair and I'd love to keep what I at least have lol.
I guess it works, unless you have really curly hair like me.... lol
I didnt know you could do that its amazing and they look gorgeous on you 😍❤️
