I have completed my Bsc in mathematics . Now i am selected for MSC Statistics at RGU. I choose Statistics coz it's more placement oriented than Mathematics. Also MSc statistics is a course of applied mathematics.

I did Msc mathematics from IIT Delhi in 2020. It does not depend wether you choose statistics or choose mathematics
If you have CGPA above 7 then atleast 80-100 companies will be open for you.
and if you want to choose data science or analytics domain then you have to choose electives according to that.
and you have to prepare also on subject like python, ML, Excel, SQL etc;
It does not matter tum kaunsi branch se ho
bas cgpa mantian karo and data science ki padai karlo side by side.
