There are lot of complaints on National travels registered by RTO for loading extra load than permitted and using single permit for multiple buses. There is also instance of Bus breakdown in between and passengers were not provided alternate facility. None can match KSRTC in terms of safety,comfort and reaching destination on time. Whereas in private VRL, SRS has maintained good vehicles and passenger feedback.
