This is ok, but the Gandhinagar pick up point staff and the driver to Mangalore route were very rude. They don't the decency to talk to passengers, maybe the treat the passengers as goods as they also transport goods. kSRTC on the other hand treats customers really well (most of the cases). I have stopped traveling by VRL and have switched to KSRTC.
@@santoshshastri2835 have u ever travelled in Airavatha gold class which runs between Airport and Mysuru, Mangaluru, Kundapura having toilet facilities? That toilet is only meant for urinals but people used to poop in it for that reason some of those buses have locked the toilet.
I have travelled a lot from Bangalore to Mumbai by VRL. I liked their service and good drivers too. I love semi sleeper buses more than the sleeper bus. The lower berth of this new bus is almost at floor level .so feels very uncomfortable. . I suggest VRL to introduce 9600 SEMI SLEEPER on this route.

Toilet should be provided for 1000 kms journey.
Our people don't know how to maintain hygiene in public toilets. This is AC bus if toilets are not maintained properly it will be horrible journey
@@akshaydushyanth9720 VRL is a premium transporter. They know how to manage it betrer. Public toilet is used by 1000 s. Bus carries only 40 people.
