Very nice information sir. I have bilateral chocolate cyst which is less than 3 cm in size( 2 cm). I Have done 3 rounds of egg retrieval so far. My Amh level is 1 ng/ml but stimulation response is very poor with max 6 eggs retrieved. Of the retrieved eggs , only 2 or 3 mature eggs. Only in one round, 1 blast formed with bc grade. I am yet to transfer that. What should be the approach for patient like me who has very poor egg quality? Should I do laparoscopic surgery? Please guide I will be grateful. 🙏🏻My age is 35.

Sir i am 38 yrs old and I have one 7yrs daughter conceived normally and after 2yrs of her birth I got ectopic pregnancy and my right fallopian tube was removed .After 1 ivf done last year it failed doctor trasfered 1day 3 embroy than this year I went to another centre and today I got to know that out of 5 we got 2 embroy of 4ab and 4ac grade and during follicle extraction hysteroscopy was done and all is fine.

Hi sir.. My wife has left ovarian chocolate cyst about 4 cm (3.4 ×3.6 cm) and multiple cyst with low level internal echos in Rt ovary ( 2.8×2.5 cm & 2.6× 2.4 cm) ...... We're done two cycles of IUI but Failed..... My Dr Suggests us go for IVF.... My question is " Is IVF successful with Endometriotic cyst"... ???
