People seem to be commenting that this is not really a Kabab. Technically, the name kebab refers to the meat. A donner kebab is normaly the meat in pita bread or other bread, like a sandwich. Shish Kebab is skewers of meat and vegetables. So this would be classified as a donner kebab.
