I truly appreciate what you are doing on HR. Honestly, you're giving HR the professional aspect it carries and the value we bring to business. These reports are typically what would assist business in making certain key decisions Thank you.
This as really helpful sir you explained in the simplest way one could understand . i am an information management graduate and now i have to create an Hr dashboard/report i was so stressed but im good now. thanks again
How do I begin to thank you for your videos which is helping my young growing HR career. I am truly blessed to have found you on YT. Thank you sir. Please i would like to know how you calculated the attrition rate. Thank you sir and Happy birthday in arrears 🥳
@Benita Umenzeh - thank you for your kind words. 🙂 To your question - I did another video that covered the attrition calculation. Click here to watch - "How To Calculate HR Metrics in Excel" (th-cam.com/video/ry4MXU0-Vqc/w-d-xo.html)
Sir, I have a question on staff performance. If there is a noticeable decline in performance and productivity of staff what solution can be implemented to address the decline. I’d really appreciate a response. Thank you sir.
brother your videos are great but the music is unnecessary and distracting. very helpful videos however I am a complete novice to excel and your videos have helped a lot
@Zeyad Alkuheli - I have videos on Performance Management on my channel. Check How To Conduct Performance Management - th-cam.com/video/aix8gykBbPw/w-d-xo.html and How To Set Performance Measures That Is Objective - th-cam.com/video/wmdv_4_KIPk/w-d-xo.html
Very informative video. Thank you so much. What type of graph/chart would you suggest using say if you had to report on attrition rate over several years, for both men and women for example?
@Kalypsotee - glad you found the video informative. To your question - use a line graph as it would represent Attrition changing with time (in this case years). Hope that answers your question?
At 12.25 you said employee gender distribution but wrote employee age distribution... Its no biggie, but it is something that would confuse an intern at the job or a new employee if they came across it. I guess the lesson here is to proof read your material when finishing up your excel projects... Thanks for the video.. Im a huge fan and watch all can...
My question will be around linking an excel data sheet to the visuals, so once the source data sheet is update so does the visualization. Can this be done in excel? Or the visuals have to be updated per time?
@Racheal Maduagwu - your question is related to creating a dynamic HR Dashboard that changes with data refresh. You will need the knowledge of PivotTable to get this done. I did a video on this, watch it here:- "How To Create An HR Dashboard in Excel" - th-cam.com/video/F4j8OzZ_aC8/w-d-xo.html
