@@SanjeevanandCompany The company says they will cut 10-15 mm larger and then send it for anodising as they attach clip for dipping and that portion does not get anodised and then cut it for exact size. hope that is the right way. Thanks

But sir I have a doubt that you have said anodized almunim can't be chipped but is it really true? bc I have git anodized almunim windows installed in my house but there r some part chipped off during installation, very little part and they said if something hardly hit by some other hard material it will be peeled off, doesn't matter what type of coating it has. I have another question sir that how to differentiate wich one polished almunim and which one is anodized aluminum and which one is powder coating based upon the texture, touch and feel?
