Hi Thelma, thank you so much for this wonderful idea of placing the anthuriums inside a bed. I have recently encrouched upon my anthurium space inside the greenhouse, by hanging some phals inside there and i am thinking of relocating the anthuriums elsewhere. Problem is tho, i hardly have shade so I will need to seriously think and decide where i am going to place the bed. My anthuriums have not been doing too badly despite the drought, best I have seen them looked in years. I have learnt a lot from your channel on how to care for some of my foliage. Thanks again for sharing this concept, I really would love to try it and will definitely let you know how it worked out. Cheers and God bless you🙌🙏.

Very informative video, thank you. I noticed a lovely Japanese maple in the background. Do they sell them at nurseries in Jamaica? Also, what do you think of growing Japanese maples from seed?

I agree with you Christopher, the Japanese maple tree in the background is lovely. Full disclosure, I was sitting in my sister's garden in Canada:) Since you recognized it I guess you already know that they are temperate climate plants that require a few weeks of very cold weather for dormancy. For that reason its highly unlikely to be sold in nurseries in Jamaica. While they may be grown from seeds, for them to germinate you'd also have to subject them to a cold treatment.

The larger farm stores such as Evergrow and AgroGrace usually carry the Bt product called XenTari. I think it's imported by CaribAgro and distributed to farm stores.
