Great video. Been looking at these guys for a couple of months. What was really good was when you held the label up to show the name (I am a beginner!).
Hi Brad can you please show us how to re pot / propagate / best potting media for the different types you grow please, especially the types growing in Highland Nepenthes temperatures etc. Best wishes Peter
Thank you Brad, your intrest for pings got me into them, I think maybe I will need to find a few of these beauties too. I've always liked them when you passed by them in videos. Great to see this video. Any chance later on you can do an in depth analysis on care of these?
Literally just cane from your video where you were like "i dont really know how to care for them but heres mine" imma be honest i only found you because my longifloria is really sad rn
How do these plants eat insects etc as i know they are carnivorous. Me and my friend were considering getting some but wanted to make sure we could actually supply them properly
These look amazing. I just ordered my first today, it's a Utricularia bisquamata 'Betty Bay' I just fell in love with the flowers. Any tips on this particular one, the internet is surprisingly lacking care information. I've only been growing Pings so far, hope the humidity is not super important, as I don't have very high humidity on my balcony.
Hey man how did your plants grow. I think something super interesting about these plants is that they’re epiphyte’s to bromeliads which are themselves often epiphytes. An epiphyte is a plant that grows on another plant so this species sometimes grows as a double epiphyte
I JUST got the sandersonii (spelling) today. Super cute. However, I think I actually have some growing in some of my sundews that are volunteer. Only, no clue how to figure out if it is lol.
I want to know how to care for one in a tea cup! I accidentally got cute coloured wine glass for one- only to find out they probably dont want cups that arent completely opaque. I also dont know how to water the one in cups - Im used to submerging the grow pot in water
8:00 in the background thats a huge nep looks mabye a ventricosa x sibyuanensis? Soon im getting my first aquatic utricularia gibba and my first pinguicula hope it goes well.
Hi' Do you know how tall, not only Utricularia longifolia, but also alpina could it be? It will be a very useful data for me. Thanks. By the way, I reallly like the appearance of the Heliamphoras looks like
Despite the title this is not a how to, more of a collection tour. Still cool but I would love more info! You keep mentioning warm and cool side of the greenhouse but don’t explain wat the day/night temperatures and humidity.
hello ,i am chinese fun of your cool plants ,I love Utricularia, but there few videos about them on chinese web,may I forward your video on a chinese web which call bilibili, just for popularing these amazing plants,I will lable original address and will not get any benefit from the video.
The great fire wall has blocked youtube ,just share the address won't allow people see the video.or maybe you can try to open another own channel on bilibili(the chinese vido web),and upload your videos.
Would love a Utricularia care video one day - how to water, fertilise, propagate etc. Cheers!

What do the flowers and the leaves do?
I want these for my bog pots in zone 13.
How do you feed utricularia?
Well it’s roots eat worms so it fertilizes itself 😜

can you take bladder wort out of soil and put in water if so when?
Do Utricularia make good companion plants for intermediate Nepenthes?

Intresting vedio.
I only wanted a quelchii at first but it was just a gateway Utricularia
Are there any that flower year round?
8:00 in the background thats a huge nep looks mabye a ventricosa x sibyuanensis? Soon im getting my first aquatic utricularia gibba and my first pinguicula hope it goes well.

Hi brad, could you please give us the latest news on your use of the Kikie paste you used. Tony

Where would someone be able to get graminifolia
I love the nepenthes photobomb at 6:40. They're such showoffs.
How's it carnivorous?
if it's carnivorous then how does it eat? you did not show the trapping mechanism at all ...
Min 8:15 ;)
GRAMINIFOLIA @ 00:56
At 8.08 looks like 'daun pegaga' to me. A wild herbs easily found and grown here in SEA. It is good for women.

So… where’s the how to part? The entire video you showed off your collection but gave no info on how to grow them.
"They are all terrestrial" incorrect information, utricularia gibba is aquatic
It can be grown terrestrially
Distortion Nation agree, but some do live in the aquatic
Some are also epiphytic
@@vivimannequin Yes, like Utricularia alpina.
First
Why are you growing dirt? Oh nevermind, there's some spikes in there
