I feel like the reason Remus never changed his clothes or anything is because he was afraid that if he did and Roman did come back, he wouldn't be recognized.

Oh my goodness, this is wonderful! if theres one thing I suggest you do, its to keep the camera in landscape mode (sideways) the whole time. the animatic looks more cohesive that way! other than that, this is so good. like,,, Frick the way you draw roman and remus is so???? amazing???? aaaaa I love it.
