Jesus, valuation is simple. Basic ground work with pragmatical numbers. It takes common sense to understand what affects what, in a business model. Get the story with cold hard facts and you can be confident to know whether to put money to risk. Agree? @aswath Damodaran. Simplicity in decision making is all that makes it intelligent. (Be it however people call it)
