How to Clean Dingling Rf 609 Hair Clipper

Yesterday i bought a Dingling RF 609C. When i put on charge i saw two lights working. After 16 hours charging i saw only one light. I am confused about this. Later i turn on the machine for two minutes and again put on charge and still one light showing. Can you tell me when two lights and one light will show?
