The king of the kremlings has surprising powers like invisibility and teleportation, tons of weapons and great themes in every game. Today, we're taking a look at all fights against King K. King K Rool Comes Aboard!
I pray with his inclusion in Smash, that he might actually start appearing in games again. A fight against K. Rool wasn't just a boss battle, it was a gauntlet, a long, tedious fight that tested your skills and wits. Rewarding those that had the patience to learn all of his moves. He was always the end all, be all of bosses. Other baddies just don't compare.
except in DKC1. That battle was easy. It took me by surprise when the fight suddenly continued though.
@@gefriernudel3004ive beaten almost every king k rool boss fight im not including snes or gbc or dkl 3 colour ones because i have them on gba and extra content and i can say that jungle climber dk 64 and dkc 2 battle were the worst of it i havent play dkl 2 the second version of k rool in the lost world one or dkl 3 the second k rool bossfight too btw dkl means donkey kong land diff games from dkc series but yea those are my picks dk 64 and jungle climber also dkc 2 are all really hard imo

I thought more of K. Rool, Bowser, and Ganon since they're all big strong monsters with subtle magical powers and some kind of authority that isn't totally clear.

King K. Rool really needs to come back. He was such a cool villain. I don’t care if it’s mario kart or a new Donkey Kong game; we need the “Koolest” Kremling back in action!
I'm surprised you didn't also mention Smash Bros. as something he could make a return appearance in, as he has a ton of fans wanting him to appear there as well, both because Donkey Kong needs more reps outside of just DK and Diddy, and because fans want more Nintendo villains added to the roster since when you compare how many heroic characters are in Smash compared to villainous ones there are, the straight-up villains in the Smash Bros. roster is really small, I mean it kind of has been ever since Melee, I mean there's only three antagonists that weren't created specifically for the Subspace Emissary story mode in Brawl, and the number of villains in Smash 4 is still really small, I mean even including series that got over represented like Fire Emblem, there's not a single villain from that series either whether they're liked or disliked.
You know Nintendo doesn't have the rights for K Rool, don't you?
Militar Zombie K.Rool and the Kremlings appeared in games after the buyout if they didn't, they have the rights to them if they didn't then Diddy, Dixie, and the rest wouldn't be in games like Smash bros. and Tropical Freeze either, not to mention the K.Rool trophies and mii outfits wouldn't have been in Smash 4 either if Nintendo didn't have the rights to them, they own K.Rool as much as they own Diddy Kong.

So K. Rool went from summoning cannonballs from the sky, to summoning METEORS from the sky. I guess he's really grown up over the years. And by that I mean OH MY GOSH HE'S FLIPPING HUGE!!
To think there hasn't been any sign of K. Rool in 9 years.

I remember when I was playing Tropical Freeze for the first time, I was theorizing who I thought the Shadowy figure at the beginning was, and Thoughtt it was King K Rool Dressed up Like a Yeti.

Captain Falcon had clear inspiration from Tokusatsu/Super Sentai shows. There's nothing similar they can draw on for King K. Rool.

I can actually see him functioning pretty well as a fighter in Smash. Most of the heavies focus on close range combat and hitting incredibly hard, but K.Rool could take the "does not die" part to the extreme with more focus on ranged combat but lessened melee abilities to make up for it. Still slow with a lot of kill power, but his attacks do low damage (high knockback though) and he's not that much faster than Ganondorf. Very defensive but still fun and interesting.

It looks like a generic "Giant Bowser" fight Nintendo does every time nowadays , especially in the New Super Mario Bros. series.
Also... K. Rool is just a crocodile. He doesn't breathes fire like Bowser.
I know he's powered up by the magical McGuffin of the game, but still... looks so dumb.

My favorite has to be DK64, it was more exciting in my opinion. Really cinematic, you got to use every Kong, K.Rool's reactions to each one are fittingly over the top, it's funny watching the Kremlings desperately trying to save him by the bell, and then you got the funny way it ended, it was all around gold. About the only part that was a bit frustrating when I was a kid was initially with Diddy Kong, it's pretty hard trying to get into the jetpack barrel when you're being glove slapped.

Man I really miss K.Rool, the Donkey Kong County series just hasn't been the same without him and the Kremlings, and I've always loved the theory or interpretation or whatever you want to call it that K.Rool has multiple personality disorder and that's why he was always in a different persona in each game I kind of think it's awesomely absurd that the villain of a series is a giant insane anthropomorphic crocodile who has multiple personality disorder and that his army just goes with what he does when he changes his looks by becoming pirates and such either due to not bothering to question it or being terrified of him. I don't know to me like I said the idea of K.Rool having multiple personality disorder is awesomely absurd when you think about it, I mean think about what I said back there a giant anthropomorphic crocodile that suffers from multiple personality disorder that leads an army that changes their looks when he starts to suffer from it that has a clan of primates as his mortal enemies, I mean think of how much that's absurd but awesome at the same time.
More reason for him to be in smash his alternate costumes could be his different outfits in the games.

DKC was amazing. I noticed the 3D perspective effect of the clouds and the sea in the krool battle after 22 years...
I honestly felt as if King K Rool was the best in Donkey King 64. He literally is brought to life in 3D and felt awesome, he isn’t here anymore though... Rares Creation wasted and destroyed.

Rool was in other games after Rare splitted, like his recent appearance Mario Super Sluggers, same thing now for Tiny Kong; plus those two along with Candy Kong, Espresso, En Guarde, and even Lanky appeared as trophies in Smash 4 for the 3DS and Wii U; speaking of which, even the 2 colors of his pawns, the Kritters, appeared as random enemies in Smash Run for the 3DS, so they can still use King K. Rool and all the other characters, just have to modernize them the way they did for Cranky, Dixie, and Funky.
