- We were so wrong about the storm. The Eye went right past us and the wall hit us directly which is the worst part of the hurricane. Luckily it was only a Category 1 but it definitely did some damage to our home. Property is replaceable but lives are not. Prayers go out to all those affected by Hurricane Irma. Especially where it was the worst, the islands, Puerto Rico, the coast and many more. We are so thankful for another day and we want to take advantage by helping rebuild the community then the rest of the world.

I love this blog because it's so freaking human. I mean in the aftermath of such destruction, a group of friends/family gather and do they mourn and fret? No, they do handstands. And they laugh together and life goes on. It really gives me hope

I absolutely LOVE how you just let Jackson play with dirt and how you let him walk barefoot outside. My best childhood memories were the ones when I ran around barefoot and was just discovering things on my adventures. He will thank you for those memories when he's older. khushali pandya it damaged a lot by my grandfather's apartment. I was there for it and it was cool yet crazy at the same time. I had been through numerous storms, nor'easters, hurricanes, tornadoes, blizzards, so it wasn't a huge worry for me

I really enjoyed seeing them all together even after a terrible hurricane. They all got together and had some fun and made light out of a not so good situation. It really gives me hope for the next generation when I see that this is how Jackson and Landon are being raised 😊❤️🙌🏼
