You would make much more money if you made a beginners video, followed by lesson videos and titled it something like “How to speak Sylbo for beginners: Rare whistle language” instead of trying to sell the knowledge to individual people. You would draw in a lot of clicks and TH-cam would pay you handsomely for it. You seem like a smart man and this is just something to consider

    • @patchy642

      I don't understand.
How and why would TH-cam pay me anything?
      Have they ever paid you?
If anything we should be paying them, for facilitating and showing our videos, it seems to me.

@Patchy TH-cam pays creators for creating content that draws lots of views. They make their money through providing a site that has quality content and pay the channels that create the content. Attracting bigger audiences would attract more ad revenue for you and for TH-cam.

I am in America. I only speak English but really wish we had whistlers here. I can whistle (to call wandering dogs)...only while using my 2 pinky fingers. I simply wish I could whistle without having to use any fingers. Thank you for sharing. I wondered if their were English whistlers.

      Hello Kimberly.
Now that I'm approaching the end of my prison sentence for growing medicinal hemp, I finally have some access to the interwebs.
Yes sir, I believe there are some American whistlers on a fairly big island in Alaska. Saint Larry, I think it's called.
Whistling with a finger or fingers like you already know is the best way. Then you can also learn to whistle without fingers, which also works fine, as long as it's the loud type, with lips stretched across, not puckered.
      Best wishes. 🌹💜🎵🎵🎵

Think about the word, sentence, phrase or whatever....you know how you would move your mouth and tongue to speak those words. Think of those syllables that break up the words as beats, and the words make up the note structure. This registers in your brain and tells you the message. Why foreign languages sound like garbled nonsense (minus words interchanged as languages move and merge over history; intelligent intelligente). Mimic with whistle. Form of parrot go! Play with whistle like any instrument to develop sound range. Whistle song instruments (theme songs) then attempt to whistle the lyrics. Theory and mastery of the whistle noises will develop.
It’s almost as though something keeps us from recognizing this possibility.
Meaning: birds dogs crickets cats are talking/communicating. Your rational mind (& perhaps more) have trained you to believe otherwise.
Very overwhelming when at once the world noise becomes an actual running feed of info. ***not a joke be careful!!!! feelings and thoughts of insanity can emerge,as well as, losing the ability to concentrate on other goals tasks without isolation from world.
This is why people who use drugs (such as speed) can be dismissed, and detained. Then housed for “safety” of all under mental illness themes.

Un detalle histórico, guanches sólo son los aborígenes de Tenerife, los aborígenes de la Gomera se llamaban gomeros, de ahi el nombre de la isla, las demas islas tenian tambien diferentes nombres . Por lo demas, me alegra el interes del silbo fuera de las islas.

    • @itsisk2043
      @itsisk2043 2 ปีที่แล้ว

@@fritzwilhelm8258 Since English and Spanish are very different languages, it would be very difficult to convert something like "El Silbo" for English speaking people, because it all depends on the pronunciation of the words, it is like a strange mimicry of the words only by whistling, using syllables, accents and more things. I don't have an exact explanation of it, but everything depends on the syllables.
Besides the fact that in English there are many pronunciations that are similar to each other, and that would be like a maze when it comes to "El Silbo" that would be the biggest challenge a person would have when wanting to speak it in English.
I am not saying that it is not impossible to convert "El Silbo" for the English speaking people, but as I said it will be more difficult.

@@mewomao540 I think I know what you're saying. The syllable forms for the Silbo speech are for the formations of the words with Spanish pronunciation, so would not effectively be used for English, like listening to English done with a very heavy accent. Transposing, or re-inventing the vowel forms (different forms) for an English speaker would probably be necessary. Thanks for your time and help.
