It's the blue lever. Most turboprops will have it, Jets wont. What it does is change the angle of attack of the propeller to the air which reduces RPM, stress on the engine and noise. You need to be gentle with that lever though as pulling it all the way back should only be used if the engine fails, to make the props parallel with the airflow and reduce drag / increase the distance you have to find a good place to land.
Crashed on every landing in the desert 😂
Took me a few tries to get it without breaking the wheels in the dessert. Keep at it and you'll get there eventually.

Sure but my mappings are not against the default key bindings in FS2024 so not sure how much help it would be.
