When I was in the university, I got a A grade with this piece. 20 years passed, my fingers are totally forget it. I am practicing again. Wish me luck~~
Was required to learn this years ago and struggled to like it. I like it very much now, but it I think it was particularly difficult to play (not so much technically) because it always seemed as if it's a piece in search of a lyric and resolution. I love it NOW, and it's more playful than I'd allowed, but I used to hate playing it! Your performance is beautiful.

Music written by the German composer, Paul Hindemith (1895-1963).
WOW
Did Kraftwerk have to pay a royalty for lifting the melody for their single Tour de France?

I don’t know, but they have a good taste in occasional references.
Where are the dynamics? All sounds pretty mezzo.
