I can understand them abandoning this due to just how ehh it’s reception was. With Season 5 brining back the flood, and a small resurgence in infinity’s life stem - and new management that actually seems to work to make them game better for the players. I really think that instead of continuing this, beside throwing Fire Fight in, they should almost take a small book from Halo 4 and do a second round of Spartan Ops, however this new one being focused around Spartan Fire Teams scattered across the new installation after infinity’s evacuation. It would give nice expanse to the 6th month period gap, gives a nice bit of story to even the wider Galaxy situation outside of the instillation and it gives nice simple mission design along with easy bits story (both external and internal) while also expanding out the small roster of characters - hell can even comment on where some of these characters have gone. Maybe Palmer and Laskey after landing managed to form an actual effective fire base with Spartan IV and UNSC elements. You can even have the last “chapter” of missions following your new MPC as they descend on the new Installation after the campaign and start picking up the pieces of what’s been happening and how things have changed.

In a manner of speaking. Spartan IIs and to an extend IIIs were trained since they were children to know nothing but war and discipline. It leads to them being extremely capable soldiers but quite antisocial among others. This mirrors their real life cpunterparts, the warriors of Sparta who were put in the Agoge training program at age 6 to be Sparta's greatest weapons or die trying. Spartan IVs are capable soldiers or thry wouldnt be there but they fraternise like schoolgirls and are more akin to Army Rangers. IVs just dont have that.@@hiroshiarturolopezsashida6071
@@hiroshiarturolopezsashida6071part of the intrigue of the Spartan 2s was the tragedy of their existence and how alien they feel compared to the average human. @Haileytyruew just how 343i rolls They got great ideas, All either had terrible execution or midway direction If you realise how jarring the story went from 4 to 5 to Infinite. And Infinite was supposedly a 10 year project minimum, but with its post launch mess with their internal hierarchy and workload distribution, it fell apart as well, and they delved into very deep Halo lore territory, some that most halo fans weren't too big on cux of how some areas were just muddle through or skipped through Potential such as Medicant Bias being left off in H1-3. Which is a very big part of pre and post Halo Array firing. I assumed it was part of the original story direction of 4. But they were too ambitious and crammed too many foreshadowing that they dug themselves too big a hole to fill the foundation Same as with 5 and Infinite, all of them have very intertwining lores that you simply cannot just look by. And it's hard to expand on such story when it was already rich in the pre existing novels. Whilst still having its self contained story that can encompass the deep lore. Halo up to Reach worked cux its focused on current events and simply build from there although they never thought too much too deep on Chief as a character nor the Covenant, it was a simple you are a cybernetic badass, and you are the line between destruction or savior of Humanity. Simple set up to build a story on top Forerunner and so forth are not possible without expanding on them while still being fresh. And ONI was also a big part of the set up in ODST and Reach. All these ideas you can kind of see it coming from all 3 343i games plot further down, but after a while you can see they don't know where to go with it

What kind of master chief armor is that
Who's perspective are we watching this from haven't played
amazing a whole year has past and like only 3 cutscenes have came out bravo 343 why does microsoft even keep you around
Now that you mention that I'm surprised after mcc and halo 5 they were given halo infinite.
@@deathst3v3nSunken cost fallacy on a grand scale, that's all Infinite is
@@ZONENexus If only they had 6 years to develop the game. Oh wait...
@@ZONENexusmaybe it wasn't such a good idea to pull all those resources into an open world Overworld that was just only used for the campaign and not for firefight Maps or a Spartan Ops campaign??
@@ZONENexus dude they had six years to make this game and they botched it just like they botched every other Halo game they fucking made Microsoft is just icing on the cake.
343 is just another shit stain in the gaming industry.
You can change the title to "all multiplayer scenes"
I just can't take Spartan IVs seriously. They just Marines with power armour. They don't have the mannerisms that made Spartans unique.
You mean like how they don’t have a fucked up reason to exist?
In a manner of speaking. Spartan IIs and to an extend IIIs were trained since they were children to know nothing but war and discipline. It leads to them being extremely capable soldiers but quite antisocial among others. This mirrors their real life cpunterparts, the warriors of Sparta who were put in the Agoge training program at age 6 to be Sparta's greatest weapons or die trying. Spartan IVs are capable soldiers or thry wouldnt be there but they fraternise like schoolgirls and are more akin to Army Rangers. The disassociation of the Spartans from Humanity while simultaneously being Humanity's greatest warriors has always been a point of fascination for me. IVs just dont have that.@@hiroshiarturolopezsashida6071
@@hiroshiarturolopezsashida6071part of the intrigue of the Spartan 2s was the tragedy of their existence and how alien they feel compared to the average human. There was also the scarcity of their presence that made them feel powerful. But Spartan 4s have none of that and 343 just treats them like literal superheroes rather than military assets that are apart of a larger story instead of being the center of it

I don't know why this reminds me so much of Halo Reach
you missed one video clipp off when you finish the eratus event to lore him out and the spartan leader congrats you off a work welldone
that banished ai look so funny bru
Within the first 2 minutes, why does the Spartan have nods with a rhino mount and bungee cords, it doesn't make sense the mount is so high up that it would hit the sun visor 😂
Was that extra spartan Jun from Halo reach?
I would guess it's the Players custom armor in that scene
Wait where are these cutscenes I havnt been able to play online infinite in forever 😩
They cancelled the seasonal story and campaign dlc until future notice cause the entire campaign team was laced off
Ummm the online is free 😂
1 why put an enemy ai in your helmet which has a direct link to your brain???
2 the dialogue feels infantile
3 why would the odst advice them to go at night and to go by air at the same time
the first makes sense, the second only makes them more of a target, (reminds me of blackhawk down and several other such missions that went arry for the US, you can't sneak anywhere with a chopper or with a pelican in this case.
why the hell would the banished be interested in smart ai, they know what kind of a treath those pose and by any means they are space pirates, space huns, they want to conquer and pillage with their equivalent of atilla leading the charge.
First spartan 4 headhunters I've seen
how do you play this?
You don't. They're literally just narrative cutscenes. You (used to) watch them when every season dropped but they didn't provide anything to the game. You'd watch them and 343 would go say "Cool right? Now go buy our micro transactions." And now it doesn't matter because they've been taken out of the game.
I don't think you can watch them anymore either
How do you play this???
343 got rid of them also these cutscenes are from season 3 not 4
9:37
Why did a Spartan put Uka Uka from Crash Bandicoot in his head?
Probably because they just got bored. 😂
Are these spartan 4s??
yes
the banished drop ship just feels so skinny and weak
can i just remind you all that we supposed to have storry DLC for the main game? And then it was (probably) canceled and turned into this? And now its also canceled? Good job, 343, you really ARE the Death of halo!
Dude, they really made infinite kinda goofy. Like all the characters are so poorly written
Did any else nothing that dinn's dmr was full auto and what where the creatures that attacked him doesn't look like one i know
Might as remove the ‘so far’
These are now permanently cancelled
I gotta say, good riddance to bad rubbish
My favorite part is when it ends
I never played multiplayer.... There is a story?!
Man does 343 storytelling make me cringe. Holy shit!
Such a shame this fell apart
I agree. I would have loved to see where it went
@@grizzletitan777wdym it fell apart? Btw these whole cutscenes dont even look like from halo besides those armors
@Haileytyruew just how 343i rolls
They got great ideas,
All either had terrible execution or midway direction
If you realise how jarring the story went from 4 to 5 to Infinite.
And Infinite was supposedly a 10 year project minimum, but with its post launch mess with their internal hierarchy and workload distribution, it fell apart as well, and they delved into very deep Halo lore territory, some that most halo fans weren't too big on cux of how some areas were just muddle through or skipped through
Potential such as Medicant Bias being left off in H1-3. Which is a very big part of pre and post Halo Array firing. I assumed it was part of the original story direction of 4. But they were too ambitious and crammed too many foreshadowing that they dug themselves too big a hole to fill the foundation
Same as with 5 and Infinite, all of them have very intertwining lores that you simply cannot just look by.
Simple set up to build a story on top
Forerunner and so forth are not possible without expanding on them while still being fresh.
And ONI was also a big part of the set up in ODST and Reach.
All these ideas you can kind of see it coming from all 3 343i games plot further down, but after a while you can see they don't know where to go with it
@@ohwhatttthey discontinued the story to allocate more resources and funding to making more content for the game, unless Microsoft gives more funding we might never see how the story ends.
@@Vonmoonlightthat's uh, that's bot what they meant
Im sorry what? Since when has there been multiplayer cutscenes in halo ive never seen or heard of any of this.
The multiplayer had cutscenes for a few seasons but 343 discontinued them and removed them from the game
idk why games like this and cod try to give multiplayer a story, they're not destiny lmao
"how do we get this ai out of his head?"
"carefully...jk, just go play some more games of capture the flag rookie, we got this"
Imagine these cutscenes in chief's armor
that really reminds me of crash bandicoot
agent Washington?
And now, these are the only ones we'll be getting, it's so stupid...
Why does the a.l remind me of crash
Gotta say the dialog in the first cut scene is so cringe
is it me or does that AI remind you something from crash bandicoot lol
Playerbase: "Can we have some more halo infinite campaign DLC?"
343i: "Sorry, no can do, cash is tight so we had to let the single player team go. Instead heres a multiplayer cutscene and $300 worth of microtransactions from armor parts it took our intern about 6 hours to make. Money now please"
