Picks are super personal. I tried all of the Tortex ones. All of them. The ones I settled on were the Animals as Leaders set. Now I sit upon mounds and mounds of tortex, nylon, fiberglass, and acrylic picks. I may fashion them into jewelry in time.

Physical tuner is better when you're playing in front of people and want to make sure you're in tune, or in general, if you don't wanna buy a physical tuner, learn to tune by ear
