I went and watched the full anime after watching this... it is dark as f. It went from absurd fanservice to the back story of the blonde girls (forgot her name) mothers backstory (episode 6 if I remember correctly, she dies) and the last 2 or 3 episodes are wild (also the blonde girls caretaker has ptsd from his parents). It is a drama not a comedy.
I'm confused on how this eight year old is the way she is. Kids that age don't know or even think about sex, let alone knowing innuendos. So what the hell made her act like that towards her teacher?? After stumbling across this video, i quickly take a peek at the manga and finishes the whole 93 chapters in one day. It is a very enjoyable reading and it explored into so much complex issues with children's upbringing and how teachers and society in general plays a very important role in shaping the kid's personality and guiding them in the right way. *SPOILER WARNING* . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . As much as the anime trying to show and focused on the suggestive aspect of the story, you actually got a very beautiful ending in the manga. Rin make a promised to meet Aoki after she reached high school where they had 3 years time skip where Rin and her friends finally graduated from their middle school. Aoki, playing the adult role here still giving Rin the final chance to reconsider her feeling even after Rin had grown a lot more older than she used to be. Of course, Rin confess her feeling once again to remind Aoki that her love for him never disappear and Aoki finally accept it. Rin and Aoki officially go out together in the end and that marks the end of the manga. I would suggest reading the manga for a full emotional ride beside all the lewd stuff. The story is surprisingly good and leave you wanting for more in the end~

I can comment on one part cause I have seen it in multiple anime so this part where their stripping in class. That is actually japan's version of phiisical schools conduct. I remember watching this anime with a friend at his house he had the whole DVD box set and it traumatized me, i vividly remember watching it with him and he had guests over at his house, after i left i can't imagine what his parents thought when they bought it for him, i cut ties with him in the end.
Funny thing is, I heard that later on in the manga when Rin grows up she realizes she doesn’t actually love her teacher in that way. She just wants a man who exhibits similar traits. She apparently gets married to a man her own age when she is an adult. Also, since u never got past ep3, they never get together. The teacher starts dating a fellow teacher he works w but rin still tries her best to make it a love triangle. No matter wat rin does, he never caves. Rin almost rapes him multiple times but something always happens that stops it b4 it happens. And he doesn’t let it happen as u r thinking, he is just way too kind and soft on kids to be as harsh as he shud be. He actually counsels rin’s big tittied friend so that she no longer is afraid to leave the house much less go to school. Among anime where the main plot is about a relationship between teacher and student, this teacher is a fucking saint. Almost to a fault.

But Rin when she was little (3-5ish) her father was long gone from the picture and her mother was getting sick. Her mom's 1st cousin secretly loved rins mom and b4 she died he confessed and they did the dead. And bcuz Rin was a near identical copy of her mom, the cousin almost if not fell for Rin despite a 15ish+ year age gap. Rin was traumatized by the death of her mother and lack of a father and turned to desiring love and sex from an adult male role model as her way of coping. In part of her story, after her mom died she thought if she folded 1,000 paper cranes her mom wud come back to her so she wudnt be lonely. And bcuz she knew about her mom and cousins later relationship she thought that love and sex was the answer. From wat I can remember that's the rough back story of Rin.

It is a very enjoyable reading and it explored into so much complex issues with children's upbringing and how teachers and society in general plays a very important role in shaping the kid's personality and guiding them in the right way.

As much as the anime trying to show and focused on the suggestive aspect of the story, you actually got a very beautiful ending in the manga. Rin make a promised to meet Aoki after she reached high school where they had 3 years time skip where Rin and her friends finally graduated from their middle school. Aoki, playing the adult role here still giving Rin the final chance to reconsider her feeling even after Rin had grown a lot more older than she used to be. Of course, Rin confess her feeling once again to remind Aoki that her love for him never disappear and Aoki finally accept it. Rin and Aoki officially go out together in the end and that marks the end of the manga.
I would suggest reading the manga for a full emotional ride beside all the lewd stuff. The story is surprisingly good and leave you wanting for more in the end~

Funny thing is, I heard that later on in the manga when Rin grows up she realizes she doesn’t actually love her teacher in that way. She just wants a man who exhibits similar traits. She apparently gets married to a man her own age when she is an adult. Also, since u never got past ep3, they never get together. The teacher starts dating a fellow teacher he works w but rin still tries her best to make it a love triangle. No matter wat rin does, he never caves. Rin almost rapes him multiple times but something always happens that stops it b4 it happens. And he doesn’t let it happen as u r thinking, he is just way too kind and soft on kids to be as harsh as he shud be. He actually counsels rin’s big tittied friend so that she no longer is afraid to leave the house much less go to school. Among anime where the main plot is about a relationship between teacher and student, this teacher is a fucking saint. Almost to a fault.
I never watched the show mind you but it sounds to me it's a show that takes a realistic approach to a emotinally desturbed kid crushing on her teacher and just like in real life he doesn't act on it and it turns out it's a school crush and nothing more. Huh. If you look at it that way it's better than some dark romance novels I have seen.

But Rin when she was little (3-5ish) her father was long gone from the picture and her mother was getting sick. Her mom's 1st cousin secretly loved rins mom and b4 she died he confessed and they did the dead. And bcuz Rin was a near identical copy of her mom, the cousin almost if not fell for Rin despite a 15ish+ year age gap. Rin was traumatized by the death of her mother and lack of a father and turned to desiring love and sex from an adult male role model as her way of coping. In part of her story, after her mom died she thought if she folded 1,000 paper cranes her mom wud come back to her so she wudnt be lonely. And bcuz she knew about her mom and cousins later relationship she thought that love and sex was the answer.
From wat I can remember that's the rough back story of Rin.
