For my username, the "Tion" part comes from when I was 13 years old and got into W40K. My friends were all making custom characters based on existing space marine characters. The Tion(tee-on) was originally pronounced "Tye-on" ala Kayvaan Shrike (Jetpacks are cool okay). A fucking lifetime later, streamers read my name as Tee-on and I liked that more than the other way so I kept it. I have gone through many random name changes, but the "Tion" is always the main part of it. My current name is because I like coffee. :) tons of it in fact :))
Mine came from a running joke in my D&D campaigns. I accidentally gave 2 different elven NPCs the same last name of Silverwind, so it became a running gag that an unreasonable number of elves were a part of this giant Silverwind family tree.
Well, if it’s origin stories! Grant’s Voice On Games is literally my voice (Hi, I’m Grant, folks), over gameplay as commentary for lets plays I make. I came up with it in 2018.
It's pretty self explanatory lol. Atm it's very accurate because I'm working during the night cos it gets too hot in the day and the sun is a deadly laser. I do forestry work.
During middle school and high school I was really big into Teen Titans fanfiction, specifically Beast Boy and Raven related stories. Like it was all I would spend my time on, just reading a bunch of them during and after school. So much so that I made my user name after their real names (Logan which is Beast Boy's last name, Roth for Raven's alias's last name, and Wyld was the name of an apparition Raven inadvertently created in the later comic series back in 2009) so yeah.
"TheMadBadger" is simple. Badger's are my favourite animal, and at the time of making the gamertag for xbox, i was at the height of puberty at 16 with a bad rage problem so... TheMadBadger :) The translation for that beach lightning bolt clip is as follows " Hey baby, slow down and wait for me. Oh wow, it's pretty rocky here, hey? I'd slide down on the rocks because it's dangerous over here. Oh jesus, come back here! Oh my god baby, the fucking lightning bolt just missed you! Holy bloody mother of God, jesus fucking, my god baby! Come back, a lightning bolt nearly hit yah! oh my god, baby, are you alright?"
Since its inception, I have been strangely good and downright untouchable when playing as Johnny Cage in the Mortal Kombat games. The Shadow Kick is one of his signature moves.
Quite a long story, this happened in college when my friend and I were playing the Fast & Furious arcade driving game. When I was gonna put my name on the record, my friend asked me a question so I got sidetracked and my finger landed on the F button and not E. The timer ran out and I couldn't change it so the name became JERF. She's been calling me Jerf ever since, we've been friends for 10 years now.
Maybe every time she laughs, she has to play 20 minutes of a bad game or something like that? Of course, it's the kind of incentive that would only be for a very special episode 😂
16:01 Fun fact: this is the first Jerma clip I EVER SAW! Still remains to this day a sure fire way to completely send me into gut busting laughter AND THEN THE GIBBERISH BOGAN ON THE BEACH! Yes "bogan", the secondary dialect of Australia. OH MY WOW, THERE WAS SOME GEMS IN THIS ONE! As for username origin stories, Saxdude is for my musical background, been playing Alto Sax since 13, and I actively use the acoustics of it to make sure EVERYTHING is audio balanced... or just jam, always a good excuse to jam. The 26 is deliberate too, Feb 26th my birthday... but I did jokingly change my username to Saxdude27 when I turned that old for all of 24 hours. XD
For my username - The Cecil comes from FF IV Cecil Harvey (hence the PFP) and the Dedworth comes from an old mobile hidden objects game called Fantastic Beasts: Cases from the Wizarding World. In that game you could enter a first name and you could spin a "name wheel" which would give you a random last name. And the one I liked the best was Dedworth.
In middle school through high school me and a bunch of friends wrote a story together that was a space opera with different animals at the helm of various societies, and I wrote the stories for the Orca's and Pigeons. The pigeons were an underclass for the Iguana's, so were considered a part of the Iguana imperial force, so I went by OrcaIguana. A lot has changed as the main friend working on it now is going to college for creative writing, I no longer write stories but instead make in-universe poetry and songs. There's no longer animals, instead being humanoids, but my username has stuck.
It's a yu gi oh card, because I watched the anime as a teen and the moment when the guy reveals "my monster is so large that to hide it I needed THE FUCKING SUN" was super cool
So back in the day I used to watch a lot of countdown makers on TH-cam. They had names like "The Firey Joker" or "The Trees Apprentice" and stuff like that. I thought that was pretty cool and came op with "The Reapers Dragon" both as a reference to TWEWY and because I like dragons. of course the full thing didn't fit as a username for a lot of sites at the time, so I shortened it to just R Dragon.
Darkatious. I had a REALLY DARK depressive time in middle school. So I created an all power evil fantasy character in my head. The name just kind of stuck around.
gardyloo is what they used to shout in edinburgh when throwing shit out the window so nobody got covered in it many many years ago before toilets were a thing. electric came from electric boogaloo
So my name is Chloe, and in middle school, I watched several seasons of Doctor Who. Years before that, however, I came up with my own version of the "yo mama" joke, where I said "my face" instead. Then, upon watching Doctor Who and learning of the character known as The Face of Bo, I figured it was kind of a golden opportunity. Too perfect to pass up.
Like, seriously, is *no one* else gonna point out her using Mystical Ninja / Goemon tracks at the begging of the videos? Fantabulously underrated series.
Baby-Me’s first ever OC was a lab-experiment white kitten named Mario-Cat (later renamed to Lily, I think?) with bat wings and a Mario hat and I made it so long ago that I don’t remember anything else about it, lol. When I was coming up with my username I couldn’t think of anything better so why not
Its Bastard with the B and T swapped. I was a child born out of wedlock, so i took the nickname to honor the man who stepped up to be my stepdad. He married my mom *after* the deadbeat ran off. I swapped the letters when i needed to duck censors originally but love it as is now.
Mine came from my first MMO called Toontown. I had a character called Big Sparklespeed and had a lot of fun. Sadly the original shut down, but I decided to carry on the name in honor of my first ever MMO character. :D
Mine was originally from one of the random name suggestions that Xbox gave people as their account was made. I had a username beforehand that was incredibly similar to it, so I built off of that, and then I built off of the NEXT username, and here we are today!
That GDQ talk about Tears of the Kingdom is real, and is easily findable on TH-cam! Also: I know my username came from an OC I built for roleplaying online when I was like 13. ...I do not know how I decided upon the name.
“Grey Walker” is my pen name. Yeah, I’m trying to become a writer, mainly horror, even gotten some stories narrated on TH-cam. Haven’t even started on any novels yet, but yeah.
My name comes from playing Heroes of Might and Magic 3 with a friend of mine, he was a big Gothic 2 fan and really liked the name of Lord Hagen so he picked that one. I, smart 13 year old that I was, went "okay, then I'll be Lord Hhh...Honk." If you couldn't tell, I'm not a very creative person xD 22 years later and I'm still using that name.
I always liked the idea of Atlas, as the titan bearing the weight of the world on his shoulders. I wanted to be able to do that and more, to support, and to guide. So, Atlas the Almanac was born. Also this is a vod channel, bc I can't use my normal account since TH-cam's adblocker glitched tf out and I can't get rid of it on that one.
4:30 The reason for my TH-cam Username “Dynamite Ryper” is actually fairly straightforward, my first name begins with a “D” and I can be described as someone who is hyper when I’m existed, what stars with a “D” and is known to be just a bit hyper? Dynamite, I’m also a Persona fan, so I thought if the Meme “Is that the Grim Reaper!!” When making my username, but Dynamite Ripper sounded too edgy, so I decided to make it a “disarming” second half rye bread is the most bland and disarming thing imaginable, so slap those ideas together and you get Ryper
Mine's pretty simple to explain, Ashuraman is a character from the anime Kinnikuman and Kinnikuman Nisei. He was evil then became good then became evil again. 666 is also somewhat related since Ashuraman is a Devil Chojin and 666 is supposedly the number of the devil.
Username origin story! SeerOfTime comes from when I was younger (over a decade ago now) and used to roleplay online with a good friend of mine. He had created this sprawling universe that was loosely based off the Homestuck universe, but was more so his own; seer of time was my class. Because of this, many people assume my name is a Homestuck reference even though I have never been in the fandom at all in my entire life. It's just a RP reference and a name I have never changed since I was a child.
My username is from when I was into Total War TH-cam. It’s also a somewhat ironic moniker, as my pfp is King Harold Godwinson taking a fatal arrow to the eye during the Battle of Hastings.
originally it was "gameboyawesome" because i love the gameboy advance and wanted something that abbrieviated to GBA, but when that username was taken on a few sites I had to come up with something new. I wanted to use "gameboyamazing" and then I remembered a line from one of my favorite bits of dialogue from a video game: the scene in Kid Icarus Uprising chapter 7, where Thanatos (formerly Tanatos) reintroduces himself with "Actually, I go by Thanatos now. The 'H' stands for 'Hamaaazinnnng'!" and the rest was history more or less
I listen to ALOT of the Lofi Girl's streams, so much so that i can recognize certain songs and artists when they play. Well, one day, while listening to the lofi stream, I was thinking to myself. "You know what would be a cool name for a lofi artist or album? Nope not today." I am not a lofi artist, nor have I ever made music before, however I liked the name so much that I took it as my username. The end lol
I'm Master Spoiler (usually shortened to Maspers) because I'm the type of person who reads the entire TvTropes page of a work before even thinking of touching the work itself.
I’ve gone through a LOT of online names throughout the years, including, but not limited to: Dunno (based on my MC account) Mantamaus (based on my favorite animal, the manta ray, and my favorite pkmn at the time, tandemaus), and Rei/Ray (based on Manta Ray, and maybe Rei from Evangelion) I’m kind of partial to what I have now. As you can probably see, I’ve always sucked at names, but this one fits in a strange way? Like it describes me. For short, I will often just refer to myself (or have others refer to me) as Max or Rant, second one there as the first is a common name, just like my real name, which is why I didn’t use it. All things considered, it’s kind of bland, and I hate the numbers and shortening of “the” in it. Been thinking of changing my online name to Maximillian or something, not due to any ego things, but it rhymes with my favorite color, Vermillion, and also contains “max” in it, a name I intend to keep. Also way more original and more ‘fancy’.
For my username, I wanted to create an animated series that followed a plot kind of like the Power Rangers shows. Gave up on that dream when I realised how bad I was at drawing and animating 2D works.
Made my first email when gen 5 was the most recent Pokémon game. Purple is my favorite color and I love cats so I chose Purrloin who is a purple cat, the 77 was quite literally just a random number I came up with on the spot
From the first and only game of Ironclaw I played, I was a character named Orlen. I like the name. The name was taken, so I added a "y" to spice the name up a little.
Hmmmm, I'm pretty sure that wasn't a frog or toad. Most likely an anteater. (as for username origin stories ... I love the Princess Bride movie and what's up buttercup is just really fun to say lol)
My favorite character class is Paladin (first experienced with Cecil in Final Fantasy 4). So I always seek to master the class when possible, hence MasterPaladin.
Pokemon Black and White was my first pokemon game ever to own and the female player was "white." I also was very easy to make laugh so in the end, in middle school, I created "LaughingWhite"
There’s a Transformer character named Omega Supreme and one day I was playing a Transformers video game where he was a major boss fight and it was almost dinner time. My mom wasn’t making soup I just thought it’d be silly if she was, so I’m Omega Soup now I considered being Omega Soupr3m3 or something stupid like that but I went the simple route instead
In my old school, everyone’s usernames were their full surname followed by the first initial of their first name. I decided to do the same thing when I created my TH-cam/Playstation username. The 11 at the end came around because I first created rosserm01, however during the process of making my TH-cam account something happened with the internet maybe. When everything went back to normal, for some reason the name rosserm01 was no longer usable so I changed the number to 11 instead.
an ad triggered the instant the balloons were gonna explode (like i could hear the noise just barely start and the screen go white). but the ad also lagged. so from my perspective, the balloons hit the wires and tanked my computer. XP
Mine is actually new, I used to go by another, but I liked it so much I stuck with it. It's an inside joke at work because I have a paper shredder near my desk and am always asked to destroy smth.
Got two of them. NachtKaiser (lit. Night Emperor in German) is a nickname I started using about 23 years ago. It's still my username on TH-cam, PSN and Steam because I'm too lazy to change it. I used it because edgy 15 years old goth kid. But I started using ZeichenMK2 for the past 8 years whenever I create a new account (including Twitch), which came from the last name I gave to an OC (hence the mark 2, the OC was the mark 1). I chose Zeichen (signs) based on the song 'Siehst du die Zeichen' by Weissglut. The song translate to 'do you see the signs', which was on the nose after I denied the signs of my trans identity for 30 years 😅
My user name is from a character I made for an old MMO, Asheron's Call, waaaaay back in the day. It just kinda became my go-to gamertag because it's one of the view names I've ever come up with that sounded good, and I HATE coming up with new names.
I stole mine from an internet Cafe when I was 12yrs old lmao. When Lan parties on Internet Cafe's were still a thing, the name "karui" was in there from someone else that used the computer before me and my child brain just thought "Yea thats cool" and adopted it for it for myself lmao. In the chance that the name is taken I go by karuiPrime which is from the naming convention in Warframe for better version of frames and weapons lol
Well since you asked, I first decided on my username over 10 years ago in middle school when I first installed and played Clash of Clans. All the guys in class were playing it so I decided to check it out. Since I'd never had a username before (that I can remember) I gave it some thought for a while. I thought to myself "Well I don't wanna just put my actual name cause Alfonso is kinda boring as a username, but I don't wanna completely make up something on the spot". So I spent a good 15 minutes trying to rearrange and replace some of the letters in my name and all of sudden, for no reason at all, I thought of Frodo from the Lord of the Rings. So I added Al- before it to make it closer to my name and went with it. I wasn't on board right away because I'm not even a LOTR fan. Sure I liked the movies, but I'm not crazy about them and I haven't read any of the books. But I really liked it so I chose that one, and it's been my username for everything since then
My little brother loves the Powerpuff Girls (especially Bubbles), and he was at an age when it was okay to have a crush on her. Nowadays, it’s weird having the username be “bubbles is hot 46853”, so we got rid of that last bit. And the number is from the SpongeBob episode “Patty Hype”.
My name is a mixture of the Japanese words Okaeri which is basically "Welcome home" and Shimasu, which means "To do something" which I didn't actually know at the time. I turned it into Oak so that it would naturally be read in the correct sound, and then just placed it next to Shimasu. Tadaa, I was a weeb XD
My gamertag is Ploobie. That name came from my brother. We were at a movie, and someone walked into the theater who was dressed like a wizard, and carrying a staff that had bells on it. And my brother said "That guy looks like his name is Ploobie."
I dont have a cravat so I CAN LAUGH ALL I WANT EAT THAT Also my username comes from the fact i randomly pressed 4 keys (enzo) and over the years added words to it like fettuccine and forgets, which i both use bc i love em both
Mine was my school login and I thought it sounded cool. First 4 letters of your last name, first letter of your first name, last 4 numbers of your student code
My TH-cam username is portuguese for "The guy with the hands from Boku No Hero", which refers to Tomura Shigaraki, AKA one of the main antagonists. I decided to use this name bc I used to have a lot of trouble remembering this guy's name and in casual conversations would just call him "the guy with the hands"
So my username has evolved over the course of time, lol. It originates from my childhood superhero OC Thunderstrike (Who was a knight with lightning powers and super speed who could make weapons out of lightning, think Green Lantern combined with the Flash and Iron Man, lol). It got changed to Thund3rstrik3 because when I was 13 and making my own account for something for the first time, I swapped the Es for 3s partially because Thunderstrike was taken but also because I had just finished Ready Player One and Art3mis was my favorite character, so I changed it in homage to that.
One of the first usernames I ever used online was Sephiroth with an extra -t at the end. Because I was at an age where that seemed like a brilliant way to have an already taken username without adding numbers. >_> Anyway people commonly shortened it to Seph or Sephy, when at one point someone said I reminded them of a Victini and called me Sephini. Then they changed their username into a combination of a character they named themselves after and a Pokemon, which made me aware I could change my username on this archaic forum where that's not easy to do, I followed their example and the name became my de facto official online and semi-actually original name. TL;DR It's a combination of Sephiroth FF7 and Victini the Pokemon.
My username comes from when me and my brother first needed online usernames, and we brainstormed some ideas together. Mine eventually came from the fact that we thought lasers were cool, that it would be even cooler to be the lord of lasers, and then that it would be even COOLER to add a Z at the end, because that was at the specific time on the internet where it WAS cool (at least to preteen me), before corporations started doing it, making it lame. Despite that, it has been my username, z included, most places (though not all) that require one.
It's an old DnD character name, "Stirdix Connen Twizka," which I took from the stats listed in order (Str, Dex, Con, Int, Wis, Cha)
I already love your character so much
I... was heavily into Tekken when I first made this lmao
Then it wasn't for life 😢

For my username, the "Tion" part comes from when I was 13 years old and got into W40K. My friends were all making custom characters based on existing space marine characters. I’m glad it all worked out for you.
But for (Tye-on) maybe it’s better spelled with an “a” that’s what Xenoblade 3 did.
@@ProjectNaturePrds I'll be sure to inform 13 year old me of this information
Where does the coffee part come in?
@@rover_libra I just really like coffee and when I last changed my name I realized I could make it a pun.
OMG I love coffee too!! We should like, hang out or something 👉🏻 👈🏻
"He's a chocobo, not a monster. He's called Bobby Corwen."
Stitch is the final evolution of the nickname "stefano ciccio" (italian) which became "sticcio" and then, because of the movie it became stitch
42 is because 4×2=8 and 8 is one of my favourite number
"It's part of life mom", that kid is going to grow up to be someone special, she's got a good head on her shoulders.
16:22 this reminds me one of the people you meet here in Australia 😂
It's pretty self explanatory lol. Atm it's very accurate because I'm working during the night cos it gets too hot in the day and the sun is a deadly laser. I do forestry work.

I'm called Franco Núñez... Yes, I know i'm a god of originality, I'll let you bow down to my creativity.

Herlock didn't say to think topsy-turvy, he said to "Think like a Top."
the deadpan delivery of that kid telling mom about the circle of life... JEEEEEsus!
Celestia is my favorite character from My Little Pony, and 282 is the Pokédex number of Gardevoir, my favorite Pokémon.
YLYL100 has got to be an "If I Laugh, The Video Ends", or an actual life count system
And either have Monkeys or a Jimmyhere cameo 😂
Maybe every time she laughs, she has to play 20 minutes of a bad game or something like that? Of course, it's the kind of incentive that would only be for a very special episode 😂
If were going with the life count system, maybe give her a number of lives equal to her lowest record
16:01 Fun fact: this is the first Jerma clip I EVER SAW! Still remains to this day a sure fire way to completely send me into gut busting laughter
AND THEN THE GIBBERISH BOGAN ON THE BEACH! Yes "bogan", the secondary dialect of Australia. OH MY WOW, THERE WAS SOME GEMS IN THIS ONE!

From "Crystal x Flare", an idea in my head where fire freezes and Ice scorches. Just meshed together

In-world music is a world-building mood. I have a post-Soviet inspired setting with a disbanded punk rock band called Anvil (for now).

Sunayama was my favorite of the minor antagonists in Megaman Battle Network when I was a kid. It roughly means "sand dune."

Did you know microplastics are stored in the balls
originally it was "gameboyawesome" because i love the gameboy advance and wanted something that abbrieviated to GBA, but when that username was taken on a few sites I had to come up with something new.
Marvels Spider-man wallrunning is why I am webwalkerz, and also because naming on roblox was hard when I had it
I listen to ALOT of the Lofi Girl's streams, so much so that i can recognize certain songs and artists when they play. Well, one day, while listening to the lofi stream, I was thinking to myself. "You know what would be a cool name for a lofi artist or album? Nope not today." I am not a lofi artist, nor have I ever made music before, however I liked the name so much that I took it as my username. The end lol
15:22 Oh em gee, it is the Jo Cat!
Highschool baseball team + I was super into VR when I thought of it 🙏
I had a friend back in middle school who was deathchiken, so I chose deathkitten. Seemed logical, and it’s stayed that way ever since.
1:22 This time it's Tions fault he doubled your laugh score the sabotage is crazy
D: I had to cut a clip out and forgot to fix the numbering! Crystal will get a free laugh next week (Don't tell her though)
CAUGHT
Another week another Crystal YLYL to put a smile on my face :DD
Perfect Kirby is an old Newgrounds series basically about Kirby as a Perfect Dark protagonist lol
The Chicken Roast was great
My favorite character class is Paladin (first experienced with Cecil in Final Fantasy 4). So I always seek to master the class when possible, hence MasterPaladin.
Pokemon Black and White was my first pokemon game ever to own and the female player was "white." I also was very easy to make laugh so in the end, in middle school, I created "LaughingWhite"
8:17 YES! teach kids early about the fragility of life!
So you could call the number of goose videos that Crystal has laughed at…. a goose egg?
There’s a Transformer character named Omega Supreme and one day I was playing a Transformers video game where he was a major boss fight and it was almost dinner time.
My mom wasn’t making soup I just thought it’d be silly if she was, so I’m Omega Soup now
I considered being Omega Soupr3m3 or something stupid like that but I went the simple route instead
I wear a tophat, and having a tophat on your head is apparently -- 'tophatted'
Oof that laugh before the challenge started
Mine is from the Homestar Runner puppet short, Biz Cas Fri
Animal nerd and it was my favorite since childhood.
My gamertag is Ploobie. That name came from my brother. We were at a movie, and someone walked into the theater who was dressed like a wizard, and carrying a staff that had bells on it. And my brother said "That guy looks like his name is Ploobie."
I dont have a cravat so I CAN LAUGH ALL I WANT
EAT THAT
Also my username comes from the fact i randomly pressed 4 keys (enzo) and over the years added words to it like fettuccine and forgets, which i both use bc i love em both
I liked the long movie with the funny wizard in it.
One time Vinny said "Grunt Bunion" like an SNL introduction and it just stuck in my brain. Shoutout to Vinesauce for my silly username.
Mine was my school login and I thought it sounded cool. First 4 letters of your last name, first letter of your first name, last 4 numbers of your student code
10:40 Black Panther got some explaining to do 😮
Mine comes from an art project I made that was considered “Too negative.”
Anyway people commonly shortened it to Seph or Sephy, when at one point someone said I reminded them of a Victini and called me Sephini.
Babe wake up! CrystAAHHL posted!
