So takbeer is done in 4 places the first is to commence the salah you say Allahu Akbar and raise the hands to start the salah The rest are thought the salah such as when going into ruku u raise the hands and say Allahuakabr whilst going into rukoo then when you rise from rukoo you raise the hand and this is done through the the salat each and every single rakat before rukoo and after rukoo . And the last one being when you rise from the first tashahud for example you pray 4 rakat zuhr after 2 rakat u sit and say tashahud when u rise form this you raise the hands once you have reached standing position
Yes, Shaykh Saalih Al-Fawzaan hafidhahullah said it's okay but remember that he is not expert in the field of hadeeth (I mean no disrespect to him, he is one of the living great scholars of this era and by Allah I love him, may Allah preserve him). Even Shaykh Albaani rahimahullah held the same opinion earlier that it is sunnah to call adhaan in the ear of a newborn however when he came across the book containing that hadeeth he found that it was a daeef jiddan (very weak) narration and thus he retracted from his opinion (note that he was an expert in the field of hadeeth). My husband gave adhaan into my sons ear on the 5th Feb 2019, I gave him a bath in Zam Zam water, I gave him lil water n ajwa date as his first food. I also done aqeeqa as it’s sunnah. I don’t care what new Muslims are coming out with! I also put saffron water on his head, I also gave charity based on his hair weight. There are other small surahs u can do in baby’s ears. I also said ayatul kursi to protect my son. I also got 5 surahs on his cot to protect him. InshAllah, ppl nowadays don’t follow any of this! I also done delayed clamping n also took home the placenta n buried it, it’s part of the baby’s organ n needs to be buried! May Allah protect my family n baby Aameen.

That means practices that was not mentioned in quran or practiced or told by our prophet Muhammad SAW to his ummah through authentic hadith. Even though they seem like a good things fo practice, such as having surah's hanging on the door to protect the house or hanging somewhere else to protect the child. Not the surah, but ONLY ALLAH SWT can protect us. Be aware of hidden major sin like believing that a printed paper of surah will protect. My intension is not to hurt you or put you down. Please forgive me if I did. Please speak to a local Sheikh who you will believe regards to the all practices you are doing for your child. What ever ritual you are doing, it can benefit you to some extent. But if is a sunnah then it benefits you in abundance. And if you are practicing something which your forefathers used to practice, which is not sunnah, and you practice it as part of the deen, then its Bidah, and thats a sin. You can check in hadith what Bidah is. I have two daughters my husband also gave adhan in their ear. Just recently i found out its not Sunnah, if Allah bless me with 3rd child , I will not allow anyone to give adhan in my childs ear.
Young sheikh who was the master in ilmul ilal. Sheikh Albani or Imam Tirmidhi? If yr Answer is Imam Tirmidhi than faham of khalaf mubarak to you. We prefer faham of Salaf over khalaf. Imam Tirmidhi has graded this Hadeeth as Hasan.
What is wrong with the new born baby listening to the Azan soon after it’s born. I see it as something logical and good. Baby listening to Allah is the greatest, prophet Muhammed is the messenger of Allah, prayer is success... what wrong with saying this to a baby? The first interaction with the baby is telling it about Allah and our prophet ﷺ Rather than anything else. Seems logical even if weak.
He's not saying that it's wrong. The overall message is that to say that it was the Sunnah and to make it almost obligatory on the muslims is making it a bid'ah as it was not the Sunnah. I hope that makes sense. Going on this, why not just recite the Shahaadah or some Qur'aan if you want the first thing the baby hears to be Islamic?

It is bidah, not from the Sunnah of Our Prophet ( saw) and not from Quran. A cultural pratice non islamic.
