I have experienced this issue as well. Try restarting your computer and disconnecting and reconnecting all ports.

@@Valoramous Alohaaaaaa! Now I updated to Rekordbox 7.03 and cannot get it to work on the DDJ 1000- have you had same issue?
I got the “no setting utility” but an upgrade to Ventura and Ventura driver + firmware did it (ddj800) thanks for troubleshooting 🎉🎉🎉

Hi, i need some help please. I bought a ddj 1000 today. The only driver online is for Mojave on macbook, and im running High Seirra. It picks up the controller but music is coming out of laptop instead of studio monitors. Is it the os im running on my macbook or can this be sorted out.
You should still be able to solve this issue.
Click on the preferences/settings button (i.e. small snowflake symbol) in the Rekordbox DJ software.
Once inside preferences, then click on the "Audio" tab.
Then find the "Audio" row inside the "Audio" tab and find the dropdown box.
From here, select your speaker/studio monitors output.
If this does not solve the problem, then I recommend checking all port connections and/or restarting your computer, DDJ-1000, and Rekordbox DJ software.

Not working for me either.. it seems like my computer won't even recognize it as DDJ-1000 when I tried to update the firmware
Did you try the troubleshooting tip in this video? For me, it was installing anti-virus software that began this reoccuring problem of "no audio driver."
@@Valoramous you know what? Nevermind 😅 my problem was, the USB port on my laptop wasn't working for some reason! So I only had to plug it in another, easy fix 👍
