This is one of the best explanations and review of a game I've seen. I had no idea that these boxes were towers. The same seems pretty brilliant to me, despite the fact that you say it is average.
Funnily enough I actually remember this game, I had a Chinese cart that had a bunch of old Game Boy games on it with this included. I had no idea what you did or how to play it, yet I probably spent hours on it when I was 5-6 years old in addition to many other games on the cart.
"Might unlock a rusty memory" indeed. I was gifted this game as a kid, played it a bit, but couldn't figure it out, and totally forgot about it for at least 25 years now. For all the memorable games out there, it's impressive how some can just be completely forgotten along the way.
This looks fun and intriguing, and makes me wish I hadn't passed up on the game about a year ago when I was on a game hunting expedition. I'll have to be on the lookout for it.
ok, i'd just like to point out how AWESOME THIS CHANNEL IS. thank you mr. parish, for making videos that are not only entertaining, but showing the history of the best video game system ever. automatic sub ;)
You asked what Seta game do you remember and love ? For me it's F1 Exhaust Heat II, otherwise known as F1 Race of Champions outside of Japan, but I played the Japanese version first and foremost. A great racing game for the SNES with an awesome career mode!
Another excellent video Mr. Parish!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely love what you've done so far with Gameboy World, I hope you keep at for as long as you can! Now Q-Billion...this game represents one of my personal favorite things about GameBoy, the hidden, unknown games. Of all the handhelds I've owned, the Gameboy is a treasure trove of lost and unknown games!!!!!!! As much as I love the Mario's, Pokémon's, Wario's, Kirby's and whatever else, these little weird obscure games, that's what I live for and collect for. I've found many a gem on the old 'Boy and that is why I love it, makes collecting a little more...exciting, unexpected. Now this one....well, it looks kinda cool, but I'll pass unless I see it for really cheap. Thanks again Jeremy!!!!
Is this a Chrontendo clone? haha just kidding. This is great, watching because Dr. S. mentioned it. Thanks another retrogaming channel to obsess over. Good work!
In the unlikely chance you ever remaster this episode, somebody apparently did remake this forgotten and obscure game, before you even made this episode so you can stick this URL in the description qbillionhd.com/
I'm going to have to disagree with you that no one really likes these games. My two favourite classic gameboy games are Alleyway and a tiny one no one has heard of called Crystal Quest. They are really simple and addictive.
This episode was surprisingly deep.
Isthecakereallyalie It was!? Well, that's nice to hear.
This game would be far easier to understand if it was isometric. or at an angle. Bizarre why they went with top down.
The presentation alone makes my brain not want to deal with this game
Haha wow thanks for featuring my comment! I was like, wait... why is my face up here instead of down there?

Yeah it seems a decent lil puzzle game. from the way it sounds id be engaged with it for a good amount of time i should think

This game has some AMAZING music if you click past the title screen. I used to start the game and lift the Game Boy to my ear during car rides.

"Game you'll never play and never care about".
I don't know. I wouldn't mind having one copy of each and every Game Boy game, good or bad.
Woah, looks pretty cool. I busted out laughing when you spoke of the title at the end, hehe.
Always curious about this one, good to learn I didn't miss out on much back in the day. These "Gameboy World" videos are great, BTW!
I'm ashamed to say I passed on this back in the day because of the box art.
Qbillion is like The Noid, bring it back.
I can't wait for you to get to Konami's Cavenoire. A personal favourite that seems to have gone equally undocumented.
0:43 I want the giant gameboy, there. o.o
I played that one because I found it in a library that had US-imported video games iirc.
And I couldn't figure out how it worked ;)
This is one of the few GB carts I own. Such a weird one to boot. I could never figure it out as a kid.
I had this game but never had the manual, played it for years as a kid and could not figure it out.
This is the day I realized this game was called Q Billion. The logo styling lead 90’s me to think it was called “Billo”.
I love Seta's Built To Win on NES
I wonder what "Q Billion" was supposed to mean. "Cube-billion" maybe?
Didn't you see the end of the video? It involves chewing, so it's "Cue the Bouillon."
i had qbillion, i had a had time figuring out its mechanics as a kid
Yep, I have zero recollection of this game. How hard was finding a copy?

Wouldn’t this be tons better with a 3D view and colours, instead of numbers and shapes? Waiting for the 3DS remake! (Not)

You're gonna hate this channel
