This is a 10-year compilation of my best Astro Timelapse! Mixing different Lenses and cameras like the Sony A7RII and A7RIII and Samyang 14mm 2.8, Sigma 14-24 f/2.8 and Samyang 24mm f/2.8. Hope you will enjoy it!
Absolutely amazing and I haven't even watched it I got up to about 13 seconds and I was like wait let me read this before I watch it😅 But I've been studying astronomers since I was a kid and this is something that I can tell you will bring people like me and others who may have not ever looked at the stars the way you do the way I do. And also the way you do I should say. Maybe somebody will look at them differently 0:12
This means a lot, seeing this. It's easy to get lost in the hustle and bustle of life, but seeing so many stars and planets like this... I realize how much beauty I've been missing out on. Thank you for sharing your work
Not even minutes in, and I fell in love with the Milky Way. ❤ Thanks for putting your hard work into this, I really appreciate it. It felt so astonishing and the experience was amazing. Hopefully one day I do witness the Milky Way.
Thanks man! I really appreciate your kind words and I am very happy that you loved it! ☺️ if you want to see some more amazing Milky Way timelapse check out @Timestormsfilms or @Nightlightsfilms their work is incredible as well! 🥰
I saw myself standing on this little ball floating through space, watching the passage of time. What a beautiful way to give perspective to our existence here on Earth. It makes all the wars and turmoil seemed so pointless❤ well done!
It's so surreal seeing the sun as just another star in space, because that's exactly what it is. We just happen to be so close to it that it dominates our sky and provides us with enough light to be called "daytime". I love being able to think about the universe in this way. It really puts into perspective that which we take for granted, but instead of emphasizing its importance, renders everything and everyone equal. Our closest star is the sole reason for our very existence, yet ultimately is just about as insignificant as every other star in the observable universe which is so immense that our feeble minds aren't even able to fully comprehend it.
This is truly living poetry!!! Take 13 minutes out of your 24 hour day and watch this. 10 years in 13 minutes! Absolutely Gorgeous and such fitting, uplifting music. What a gift. Thank you so much. 🎉🎉🎉❤
Maestro, can you recommend a good smart AI powered astrophotography camera/telescope which is compact, and can cut through all the noise and allows us to see the heavens clearly please
I was pleased that I was able to capture some pretty decent (to my mind) photos of the Milky Way over Christmas 2023 and of the Eclipse in April. I knew there was more I could do. You have inspired me to continue learning and get back out there and continue playing with my photography gear. Thank you for that - your images are inspirational and quite frankly stunningly beautiful.
Great Video.. Great Effort.. Great amount of Hardwork Great patience.. Kudos to you... Have been watching youtube videos over a decade, and never wrote a comment ever.. for your work, i couldn't stop myself appreciating your beautiful work.. 🎉❤ I tried timelapse couple of times.. over a decade ago.. Couldn't gather the patience.. your video inspires me try again..
This was incredible to watch. It reminds me how truly beautiful it is to be alive. Thank you Even better when you remind your subconscious that the ground is moving and not the sky
Dam dude as a fellow astrophotographer The dedication to this project and raw amount of hours spent in the field to complete this is simply astonishing. The mosquito filled nights by the water and the frozen nights soaking in the scene but praying for the light to come for a little warmth. The planning and knowledge of locations. Then the time and skills behind the computer. I am simply in awe of this project. My hats of to you sir and thank you for commitment. As Joe Rogan puts it "be Undeniable" you have accomplished this.
Thank you for reminding me of me love for astrophotography. I haven't made a living of it and life's been hard so I tend to forget about my passions. Thank you for reigniting my love for it. May God bless your many journeys and thanks for.helping us get close to him through your amazing work. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I was not prepared to see the galaxy reflected on the water of my planet like that. Thank you for sharing the gift of your 10yr labor. Truly inspiring on so many levels
I especially liked the night shown from about 1:33 to 1:39, with the camera rolling to keep the celestial view stationary while the Earth appears to roll in the foreground - a true representation of what's really happening. A similar shot I would like to see, would be to have the camera pan level across the horizon at the same rate as the Milky Way appears to move near the middle of the field of view. I think this would also be compositionally interesting, with the Milky Way appearing to rotate around the center of the frame, and landforms moving by at the bottom.
Wow this is absolutely stunning!🤯 The amount of work it takes to capture just 1 milkyway timelapse is very time consuming but to have a collection like this is impressive! I couldn't pick which one was my favorite as they were all beautiful but I was drawn a lot more to the castle/ building timelapses and the ones with low tides where the reflections really stood out! I need to go out and capture some milkways, but the wildfire smoke this year in the USA has been so bad that the conditions are not great😔
Mattia, you have opened up my spirit to see the wonders of the universe in such a vivid and exhilarating way! I can understand why you are so committed to your work. Thank you so much for sharing with us and may your future work continue to advance and fulfill your vision. Mille grazie!
Amazing! 1:50 really made it feel like we are on a spinning ball traveling through space. I love to the stars reflecting off the water at 3:20. Congrats on the amazing work!
I watched this for the first time and I could not quit crying through the entire video. You've captured such beauty it's indescribable. Thank you for sharing this spectacular work of art.
This is Incredible.. fantastic & beautiful too. Your patience to do this is alone worth anyone's time to watch and soak it all in regardless if you like astronomy or not.. thank-you i loved it
This is beyond awesome. Stellar work (pun intended). Hats off to you, Sir. I’ve just edited my best ever Milky Way photo and I was so happy with myself. Then I saw this… and realised I still have SO far to go… and not enough time.
This is an astounding compilation of hyperlapses! I saw it on petapixel. Wow. I need to get out and freeze my butt off more often to get shots like these! Excellent work!
Thank you for this beautiful lump in my throat. I was amazed. Astounded. In awe. Every piece and part and location of this video was breathtakingly beautiful. I thank you so much for sharing this with us May your snack drawer never be empty 🌠🌌
It's crazy to think we are moving this fast. I feel completely still sitting down but I'm actually spinning on Earth at 700+ Mph constantly. Great video!
Esto es hermoso Mattia, tienes un trabajo muy sólido y diverso. El astro es de lo más hermoso y también de lo más desafiante, mucho trabajo concentrado en un solo video!
Seeing the Milky Way reminds me we are so small, all our problems, worries, greed and happiness are all on a tiny rock in a larger galaxy that's just one of a mind* boggling amount more. Humanity should unite with a common goal and take care of one another.
The pale blue dot hurtling through space on the edge of the galaxy its incredibly humbling. Are the streaks of lights planets orbiting during the ten year time-lapse? So cool to see them streak through the sky
We are going to New Mexico next week and hoping the skies will be clear enough to see this again. I grew up there, and haven't seen sights like that since I moved to the "big" city......
Alabado sea el Señor!! Se puede saber cuantas vidas has necesitado para grabar todo ese material? Y cuantas más para editarlo con ese cariño? Es impresionante Mattia! No tengo palabras. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Same feeling here ❤
Seeing this was beautiful. What a show we are all missing.
I live how the exposure is so bright that you can constantly see the suns glow on the edges .

Now I will be serious. This is by far the most spectacular video shot of the starts and the sky I have ever seen on youtube. Really well done!

Love that you included a shot of the universe (1:36) "stationary" while we spin within it. Thank you for your hard work. Such a pleasure
This was my favorite segment! I went back over it a bunch of times 😎
Wow I can see the quality, dedication and patience which has gone in to this, truly amazing work maestro

Thank you very much! There are a few filters that can reduce light pollution, but the difference is not much..
THIS is the kind of stuff that should be winning huge awards. Not all the "acting" for a quick endorphin hit. This is just amazing!

2:01 this looks like from another planet. Fantastic shot. Seeing this timelapse I just lost into the vastness of infinite space.
The clip at 1:34 where the camera follows the tilt of the earth instead of the moving sky was super cool! Id love to see a longer video of that
