    임대는 장기적으론 슬럼화된다니까.
    중산층이상이 들어오질 않고
    내집이 아니니 일도 신경안쓰고
    내집처럼 아끼며 애정을 갖고 사용하질않음

      입지좋은곳은 그러지않음 마곡도 절반이 임대임

      @eklee8796 서울은 마곡만큼 못한데가 있나, 중산층이하 거기사는사람이나 엘지직원이나 좋지.
      전세계적으로 임대는 슬럼화되고있음.
      그리고 중산층 이상과 장기적으로 써놨음.
      마곡도 10년안됬는데, 생기고 20년후를 봐야지~

    Lh ㅋㅋ 필ㅈㅣ도 쪼개서 1000세대안되는 소형단지들로만들고 평형도 소형위주로 3기신도시 망하게하려고 아주 웃김ㅋㅋ
