I am not even sure what the western practice is talking about because I don't do any of their practice. I hate to use terms from other people when I don't even know what they are talking about, it could be confusing and misleading. I can only say that a lot of westerners are still not even clear about their own "discovery" and still in the cloud. They are like really super lost in this subject in my perspective, best to not even look.. haha...
