I don't recommand buying this bad printer. Bought new but the power button doesn't work. The wifi connection doesn't work. You will need to unplug the power cable everytime to restart it then the wifi will work. After a few hours it will not work you will need to unplug it again. The double side printing capability is just a false advertisement. I really regret buying it.
Agree this printer has been nothing but a headache. Scanner broke. Changes IP address on it's own. Bad. Bad. Bad.

Why my printer doesn't see files docx. ??? I can't print them, that nonsense.
Does it see other type of files? If yes, then its not about the printer, nore likely something to do with the Windows office. Try uninstalling and installing again HP Smart app, and if that doesn't work, try doing the same with another version of Windows office.
