The arched frames and tavern print were my favorites. Also , so glad you got the pheasant... I would have got both .... even broken! I fix anything with air dry clay, paint and glue.

The first yard sale things were expensive, but it could be where you live. l live in Mobile, Alabama, and our yard sales are more affordable. I love all things old,I'm so glad you got yourself a picnic basket. I remember when I first got married and figured what I loved it was slow collecting and 39 years later my home is full of beautiful things I love living old wooden bowl,rolling pins,old butter molds and crocks and much more. Enjoy collecting . I'm a new subscriber,I'm going to video my home and post one day.

I found a large picnic basket at a thrift shop a few weeks ago and got it for $20. I would like to collect some more. @@oldmaplehome I'm always amazed and saddened when people let personal photos and mementos of family members go. I felt really sad at that whole stack of photos you found. Make sure if you have old family photos that you label them somehow so future family members will know who they are.

I loved your finds. I thought the little blue or green different basket. Sometime in pictures you can’t tell if it blue or green. When I saw the mug I thought grab it. It was beautiful.

It's in a very much antique frame that is super chunky. Where would I go to see how much it's worth?
Wow! Some really great finds!! I think I do better at local yard sales or estate sales because most are just looking to downsize or purge items; making it more affordable rather than making a profit. They’re just looking to move things along rather than tossing them out. Score for the new owners and the environment!

Love the rolling pin for $3 and the $2 box! Earlier in the video those two tubs are called wash boilers. Most times they are copper.
