What is the warranty 4000 dollars is alot if its only warrenty for a year. I dont hunt with thermal so it wont get used much. Have a Ecotech that I had to send in as it wont hold zero. Had it for 5 years and only about 2 hours on it. out of warranty.
Pay attention to the reticle. People reviewing these scopes have never used a real thermal before.... and I couldn't even see my reticle. I have to wonder how the reticles on TH-cam seem better than what they are in real life. This is definitely not a combat scope; you'd never be abel to see the reticle. These pics with teh exact color and adjustment is barely visible. Yet they are also just standing there. If someone is shooting back; you'll get buried in the ground.

does it have optical zoom and digital zoom, or only digital zoom?

It has a 3 year warranty. IRay has a 5 year warranty if your looking for something with a longer warranty
Better than the 384?
Oh yeah it’s definitely clearer other than that it’s basically the same as the 384. The 640 has a clearer crispier image than the 384
