Ma'am, dhoop ki kami or insects ka attack ye dono wajah he, kaliyon ke back hone ke pichhe,leaves edges turn brown due to potassium deficiency.keep the plant in sunlight, spray 1/4 teaspoon baking soda in on litre water. add some Dried banana peel fertilizer.

Some insects and fungus can cause this condition, keep your plant in sunlight atleast 4 to 5 hours of morning or evening sunlight.stop over watering,It can causes fungus in root,It will be more difficult to cure a plant,
Don't worry if plant root is healthy.Plant leaves will grow again.
Don't add any fertilizer until you see new leaves in your plant.
