This is the right side of Animal Crossing. Don't get me wrong but if y'all can remember there used to be a time where everyone played Animal Crossing and it became a sort of “trend” playing it. I saw many people discovering the beauty in Animal Crossing which is so delightful but on the other hand some people destroyed this game by not enjoying the daily life in animal crossing. People who still play Animal Crossing to this day are the real ones that support the Animal Crossing Community deeply. Jeff, I watch your videos since 2017 and I never got bored of watching you running around in your towns. This is so calming and relaxing to watch when you come home after work. Ikr? Back in 2020 it was a trend playing AC, it was fun seeing everyone enjoying the game but people mostly played to collect the "cute" villagers and decorate their town best than other players. Animal Crossing is not only about that, is about enjoying everything in your time and living each day to the fullest.
I got the game in January 2021 and I still play it. I log about an hour a day. I have my own little city and I love it to death. I wish I could live in it IRL :(

I wish I got to see more thunderstorms in game bc they're definitely my favourite out of all the weathers (especially with the lightning flashes when you're in a house). Also, kudos to you for spending 40 minutes because I very rarely spend over half an hour now 😅
I have over 925 hours on New Horizons and I still don't think I've ever crossed the 1 million Nook Mile mark! The fact that you have 2.5 million Nook Miles is insane, I respect the grind. I am not able to replicate that 😂😂

Pro tip: put a cooler box somewhere outside so you don't have to go into your house to change clothes. Yes, you can, in fact, get changed from a cooler box for some reason.
@@jvgsjeff Oh okay that makes sense since you were using a normal axe, I didn't notice that! I usually just make a weak one to cut wood, then have a backup normal axe for when I want to cut down trees, since I rarely cut down trees anymore.
I have 300k+ Nook Miles. I'm scared of thunderstorms IRL, but thunderstorms in Animal Crossing don't scare me as much, although the lightning bolts remind me too much of reality.
I have the old 5.1 surround sound system from my PC hooked up to my gaming systems, so for games like ACNH, they really trigger the ambient sound effect. The thunder sounds so real, it's insane.
Can someone explain why he's grinding NookMiles when he has so many? Is it just for enjoyment/personal goals or is there something he can spend them on?

I consider it "beating the game" when you acquired all the Nook Mile Stamps.

Glad you enjoyed it! A third hit (with the normal axe) would cut down the tree, so I try not to do that if I'm just gathering wood.
