This level was so terrible with that spring mushroom that I would just go through the level without it by playing with the physics of the nuts as they turned., It even reached the original star, I wonder if it can be done without a spring?
the non-comet version can be because im planning to make springless a green star - this cant be done springless, the flip panel section is impossible without it
incredible design; I just wish the ideas in this level were used for longer I love the idea of the spring mushroom controlling flip panels every time you bounce, and the rest of the level's tight platforming seems very balanced and stressful
if this mod had less missions id make them longer, but considering this is 1 MISSION out of 250+, i dont want to make them really long (especially considering this level is bullshit levels of difficulty)
i believe making you a smg2 modder was one of god's acts of mercy. unbound by those limitations, your dark power might surpass his own. i wonder if making it a daredevil mission would make the no-spring area unneeded

honestly the funny thing in playing these Kaizo hacks is realizing that honestly Ice Mario controls worse than Spring haha. custom spring levels are usually pretty cool, like the boo secrets in Kaizo 1, so I'm looking forward to this and any potential others. the 2:08 jump specifically is evil though lmao

I'm also curious, does Mario still get sent back to the start even if he makes contact with a Pipe or Launch Star? I'm mainly just trying to think of some sort of workaround so the screen doesn't freak out a bit while collecting the Star.

final level is being split into 8 long ass missions combining every gimmick in every level

the only reason the screen freaked out like that is because the area that causes the warp was scaled too high so simple fix
