Hang in there Brian… I am two years out from Esophageal cancer. 35 radiation treatments, 4 chemo infusions, two immunotherapy infusions, major surgery, removal of 1/2 my stomach, 1/3 of my esophagus, feeding tube for 6 months, cardiac complications. Two years out of a really dark place… you have inspired me. I started gardening after watching your videos on TH-cam and learning of your story. I have been at it a year and my health is good. Focusing on my little raised bed garden and being able to eat the organic veggies it has produced has been really good for my healing emotionally, mentally and physically. So carry on my friend, I’ll call you my friend because you really helped me out a DARK DARK place.
I think your honesty on your health situation is a huge help to a lot of folks. Yes homesteading and gardening are a huge reason why I tune to your channel, but also the human element is an added benefit to me, and it comes full circle to a healthier me. I see french drains in your future....stay dry!
My son was diagnosed with an Aneurysm at 14. I thought it was the end of the world. I had a great support system that explained that “Now you know it can be monitored”. They were right. When the time comes it can be taken care of. So many people walk around and don’t even know they have one. My son is now 35. It hasn’t grown, but he continues to have it checked every year.
Woohoo! I almost skipped along to find out your diagnosis, but thought about how long you had to wait and that you planned this video in a certain way for a reason....so I waited. This is the first time I've wished I could give a video a hundred 'thumbs up'! Thank you for all your amazing gardening and homesteading advice and information. Thank you for sharing. Thank you for the hopeful message. And thank God for taking care of you.
So happy you got your (good) test results! Also, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for your uplifting message, and for being you. Also, yes: it feels like family with you. ❤ -John
Your pup is adorable. Petting your pup helps with anxiety I’m glad you’re ok. You have an awesome piece of land most people in California is not lucky enough to have. You will feed your family well and have a beautiful place and help others with your videos.Gardening also helped me through my dealing with depression because of my son dying. I feel like Working on the garden and watching beauty grow has helped keep living life and feel better. Thank you so much ❣️
I watch your videos for the garden experience but I’ve gotta say… I’m VERY impressed with how in touch with your feelings you are and open to talking about anxiety, depression, medical stress, etc. I applaud your openness and am certain you’ve helped countless people by sharing your mental health perspectives in addition to helping our gardens! Thanks for being so real.
Brian, this video was very uplifting for me. I’ve suffered from depression and anxiety most of my life. I used to have severe panic attacks but haven’t had one since my divorce. I’m doing real well now. There are ups and downs for all of us. Emilie is a godsend for you!!
I thank God for your good health. You are a kind and good man. I am thankful you have shared your condition on the channel and that others have found comfort in your openness. Though you have suffered, others have been blessed. That perspective is one I hope you will be blessed to hold.
Daisy looked so comfy snuggled in her barn. Multitasking is a myth! So glad the MRI results were positive. You're doing all the right things by staying connected to your family and community. Support is so important.
I was an excellent multi-tasker for yrs, they do exist but like everything else, seems to fade with age. Started noticing in my late 50's and now in my sixties, I can no longer do it at all...lol
Brian, that is wonderful news! Now you can mentally relax and enjoy getting your gardens going and more projects in the making....including videos for us so we can see of all the things you are doing.
❤❤.. hey Brian.. I'm very glad you do talk about your anxiety & life things, plus all the gardening successes & failures.. & oh my, only 50, lol.. so a baby.. 😋😋.. cuz I turn 63 this summer.. I don't know why society acts like anxiety & mental issues are 'problems'.. there's something "wrong" with us.. Cuz, in all honesty, Both are very common in most people.. that's the reality.. I'm not trying to make light of it either.. anxiety runs in many of my family & I deal with depression.. It's truly part of our human condition & maybe that's how to solve it ~ to make it something "normal" that we can learn to deal with... 😊😊😊
Brian i have horrible depression and anxiety but have found out that gardening does help. Im in NY where its cold and snowy so winter sowing has become my dirt therapy. My family is very supportive and im very lucky to have a strong support system in place.
You can try growing indoors. I have an old Aerogarden that I cleaned up and started again at the end of summer. It is now giving us cherry tomatoes and jalapenos. A few are in south facing windows and I have two small grow lights that the rest sit under. I am happy to have some plants indoors that are still growing.
I'm super happy for you and can attest that things get better. Jan 2020, I woke up to the Emergency Broadcast Signal going off in my head from my right ear. I scheduled hearing tests and an MRI. Hearing aids helped the tinnitus a little and I scoured YT looking for sound therapy videos to help me sleep. Between anxiety and the noise, I couldn't sleep more than a few hours. The MRI was helpful. I had swelling of a gland that was pressing on the cochlea and cutting out my hearing. I made a complete lifestyle change... at just over 50, I cut out caffeine, alcohol, sugar and gluten; all the best things in life but they are what was causing the swelling! I had developed an intolerance to all diuretics and gluten. About a month and a half later, the tinnitus was so low, I rarely heard it. Today, I'm 58 and have found balance. I drink decaf and eat not sugar sweets and snack on healthy foods instead of Doritos! I'm 5 lbs off my high school weight and feel great. I only hear the tinnitus when it's dead silent and personally, if it ever went away, I'd miss it. It's literally one of the best things to ever happen to me because I was 10 cups of coffee, 2 beers and a candy bar, a day until my wake up call!!
Thank you for being real and honest and sharing your story. You remind me so much of my brother, so in a weird way you feel like family. I've watched your videos for years and I just love your channels and content so much. You have taught me a LOT! I'm praying for you. God bless you!
So happy that results are good! Also, you are correct to keep a positive perspective. My anxiety, panic attacks and OCD used to control me with overthinking and running one negative scenario after another which deepened my depression turns out that by finally learning to find beauty everyday in my surroundings, love of family and friends and focus on the deep appreciation I have for these things, my perspective just started being more positive on it's own. I'm rarely depressed, have a wonderful ESA dog, which Bella seems to be for you as well~ even if unofficially, that brightens my days and if thinking mindfully about all the good in my life, there's not much room left for negative thoughts or feelings. You have a wonderful family life, professional life and where you live (the view) is stunning. Keep up the good work! Yes, we are all family at heart!
I also struggle with anxiety and depression. Like you people surrounding me have also received cancer diagnosis. Although their journey and our journey are different that does put things in different perspectives. You are right we are not alone, and we are family.
It seems like you have figured out how to deal with and go forward in life without depression. Depression can hold us back and make us think the possible won't happen. I think I have been living without depression even before you were born. Every issue I face allows me to have a solution and keep moving forward with life. Another fascinating video Brian. May the Lord keep blessing you and yours. His blessings will be surprising and fantastic for you all and likely be things you never expected could happen for you. That is why I am still alive on earth, thank you God.
I just love you for talking about depression, it’s real. And nothing to be ashamed of. You will be fine because you have us! We will keep you fighting. And that beautiful family of your.
Great news Brian so happy for you. You are not alone Brian we all go through different levels of anxiety. I went through post natal depression and came out through the other end. I still take antidepressants but I have quality life. ❤
So glad for your excellent news. Bless Emily for her graceful handling of things for you. Once again a joy to see you with your adorable critters. 🙏🏻❤️🎶
That is GREAT news‼️👏🏻🙏👍🫶🏻 Thank you for your openness and for keeping things real. I truly enjoy all your videos on both channels and you matter to me. 😊
Hi Brian. God answers prayers. Happy your results are good. Gone are the days when mental health was handled like a crime was committed. The more it's talked about the more people will realize they are not alone and it's not a shame to speak about it. More conversations more relaxed mind. A special blessing to your wife who has taken care of the family through tough times and good times. Continue being a voice for mental health. More people need that support than you can imagine. I love this channel because you can openly share yourself, your family, your pets and your property. Be strong, keep the faith, be blessed.
Great news for you!! Such a great feeling when something you’re struggling with and stressed over turns out to be ok, or at least ok for now! Trust me that I know the fear and worry in awaiting that MRI! And I can’t wait to see the flowers that come from the snapdragon seeds- gorgeous choices!
I have dealt with both anxiety and depression for most of my life. I know you have tools to use, as I do. I also finally got on medication to deal with both of them, and I can tell you it helps tremendously.
Thanks for the video. After working all my life and at my last job for over 20 years. I had a stroke and can't work anymore and can't do a lot of things. I always thought I had a lot of friends and I always volunteered to help veterans. I don't go anywhere except to the doctor and can go for months without even speaking to anyone. I found that people don't know what to say when this first happened and just stopped coming by are calling. It is God me and my dog thank God for my dog I talk to her all the time. I will be praying for you and your family you are a blessing to me. 🙏❤
So glad you're feeling better 😊 I've learned over the years of anxiety and medications for a couple other things is to take one day at a time because I got tired of wasting time worrying so much. It just robs me of the peace and joy I need to get through my days.
So happy to hear your good news! It was so nice to hear you speak about depression and your perspective. I personally have not suffered from it, but have many friends that have and hopefully your message will reach someone that is feeling alone. You are an amazing compassionate person, and my favorite gardening and homestead channels because your so humble and real.
I'm really happy to hear that everything came out well. There are a few people I know who don't deal with anxiety or rather deal with it well. Usually it's because they were taught healthy coping mechanisms early on, or don't have neurodivergent brains (adhd, autism, etc) that makes it harder to process things. The rest of us have to figure these things out, usually on our own. But like you said, we all get there and we all learn. As we learn to cope then even if things don't actually get better, we learn to deal with them better. That's honestly one of the reasons I love gardening. It forces us to figure out how to cope. It's a constant learning process much like life. We just keep trying again. Keep up the good work Brian and Emilie. PS: Bella with her sleepy eyes got me right in the heart 😍 and I cracked up with the seeds cause darn this ADHD if I talk and drive I'll get lost going to my own house 😂
I’m so happy for your health news! Anxiety and depression work hand in hand to make almost everything ten times worse than it really is. I find meditation and deep breathing exercise very helpful for me, but it doesn’t work for everyone. And change that next MRI date to October or November to help relieve your January anxiety. Bella and Daisy are just too cute to be real! ❤❤❤
You have had a lot of changes, moving to a new house, that takes awhile to get accustomed too. New dog, new cow. It does take a lot to get used to. I don't know your story about Noah. With being a nurse I see a lot of people diagnosed with anxiety it is surprisingly alot of people that have it. Not every body takes medications. A good share do. There are some things that may help some, ie journaling to get your thoughts out, breathing exercises, listening to certain music, yoga, I don't know if you've tried any of this but thought I would mention it. The animals help bring joy for sure. Hang in there, be with family. Air hugs to you, Nancy from nebraska
I had depression and anxiety when I was in my 40s and it went away in my 50s. A lot of people I know say the 40s are the age for anxiety. There is hope.
I was thinking of you all when the news showed how pummeled with rain San Diego area got. Land upheaval. So glad you got through most of that. Very happy your medical news was a relief! You are inspiring, many aspects of your life. Thank you. Very well done vids too! Bella and Daisy so cute! Thanks for sharing your world!
So glad to see Four O'Clocks making a reappearance. My mom grew those every year in the 1960's- 2000's. I grew them for a few years and stopped to grow other things. Planting them again this year. So easy. Hummingbirds love them. Easy to harvest their seeds. This is the first year I have seen them available in seed catalog and so many new colors. Happy to hear you have good news from your MRI.
All my life my dogs have been great therapy for me. You just can’t beat that devotion, unconditional love and when you’re closely bonded they knew when I was down and came close to support. So glad you got a good report 👏👍
You are my favorite utube creator, I enjoy all of your videos. So very happy to know you got good results I will continue to keep you in prayer as well as your family. Knowing 1st hand how it effects your family as well as yourself having to deal with my husband finding out he had cancer a week before Thanksgiving I now understand the fear your partner also carries. You truly do have an amazing channel thank you for sharing your life with us all.
Daisy looks like she grew some!!! Those pumpkins are beautiful. I hope to grow some like those this year! Would like to sell them. So happy you got good results on those tests. Brian, I can not do two things at one time any more either especially when one of those things has to do with health! Lol. I understand what you are going through since I am being "watched" after being cancer free for the time being. Waiting for those tests causes so much anxiety. Going through radiation and chemo and wondering IF the cancer was all killed is so hard. I have after effects that have to be addressed but I also need a time out to get myself back together before I can handle anything else. Please know you help me in so many ways with your videos. They take me away to such a nice place! Just got my grow lights today and need to get my seedlings planted. Love everything you teach us and share! Wishing you and your family all the best. Looking forward to the next videos!!!!
So I totally understand the anxiety, 15 yrs ago I had thyroid Cancer and got the talk from my doctor on how I have a 10% higher risk of secondary Cancers blah blah blah. I was a wreck so I saw a therapist who was a short little guy who wore cowboy boots, every time I said I was worried about something he would say "And how's that working for you?" Of course I had to say its not. Now I don't even worry about it. You're doing great!!
Good to hear your test results are positive. I love your candid conversations. This group is family to me too. I had a good chuckle over not being able to multi task, me neither, ha, ha. I love Tuesdays!! Thank you for sharing.
So happy to hear your test results were ok!! I was thinking about mentioning all the tumors and cancers in my family, and just thought no, you don't need to hear about it. It isn't about comparing notes. And certainly not about how someone else is dealing with it. It is about how YOU are dealing with yours, and I believe keeping busy with doing something you love is the best medicine! And it seems to have been working!! 😊
Good News about your health! Very happy for you and your family. Prayers go out to your friends that are dealing with Cancer. May it soon be just a memory. Peace
Brian, you are so right. Perspective is a great tool for so many aspects of life. It's what pulled me out of my depression and has kept me well for a very long time. Anxiety, on the other hand, is a little tougher to navigate. Everyone deals with it differently, so advice is tough to give.
So glad to hear that all is well, Brian. It really does help to have a community to bring troubles to for discussion and KNOW you will have support. I know you have a great bunch of people here who care so much about you. I also love your animals, and they obviously dote on you!💞
Thank you for sharing with us! You are NOT alone, by any means. I’m so happy to hear there are no changes in your MRI! You are an inspiration to us all, not just through the projects in your videos, but in life :)
Dear Brian and Emily: God bless you for sharing so openly about anxiety and depression. I have suffered with depression for years. It has been my experience as well, that it always gets better. In Canada at this time of year, I think we have seen about 10 hours of sunlight since December 21! I take mega doses of Vitamin D to help with the lack of sunlight. Praying for you and your family.
So glad your results are good. We all need support, understanding and kindness in the down times. We all have down times. You're a good guy, appreciate you and this video. Take care.
With regards to depression or MH issues, gardening is surely one of the best of 'treatments'? There is just something about being out there, with the plants, focused upon the work in front of you (even if a hard task) that makes you one with nature somehow. After a session, even if only for an hour or two, I just feel wonderful, even if tired.
Thanks for your wise words Brian. I'm coming out of a recent anxiety setback (my CPTSD creeps up on me if I'm not mindful) and hearing you talk about our shared human life experiences made me feel good. I'm so glad your results were positive😊 ❤ Like you I'm so fortunate to have a loving, supportive partner. Just keep doing what you do, there's proven science now that shows how gardening and the outdoors heals our trauma and anxiety. Sending you and Em love from the uk❤
I too have triggers for CPTSD and Narcissistic Victim issues but have worked through them FINALLY & have tools to help me manage my triggers. Hope you do as well. I can sympathize ☮️💜
So glad you’re ok. ❤ I really enjoy how you intersect your homesteading with your life. Together they are more interesting than they would be alone because it’s a more complete picture ❤
Hi Brian I’m so glad that everything is ok with you, and I hope my anxiety don’t ever ever come back that was a good few years ago that it stop, good to see you again can’t wait to see you really in the garden ❤❤
Yes, we got a really good soaking rain for the last couple of days. Just the right amount to not run off but soak in. I love how your cutie pie has become so much more trusting - she's feeling at home now. And to thank you for the good food, she is making compost. Good girl. Great news about your health. I'm so happy for you. What a relief. Spring will help I think because you'll be back to your digging and planting and growing. What a great way to supply your family with food and beauty. It's a wonderful career.
I’m happy the MRI results where okay😊 Chicken and Daisy will love the pumkins.😊 Ouch, Daisy’s home is flooded, you may need some water diversion or drainage🥲 Dealing with anxiety isn’t easy medication can help, just remember loving family😁
Part of life's philosophy my parents passed onto me was when you think you have it bad, there will always be someone else that has it worse. Try to always find the positive even when the news you receive may be bad. Blessings to everyone ❤ ~ Rhonda
Brian, so happy for you…yes, tears were shed. Prayers answered! And so so proud of you in handling it all. You have come a long way. Oh how I remember those days of the diagnosis. Will be praying for your friends. Blessings to you all.
Oh Brian, thank you for the update. I had you in my thoughts and prayers. Thank you also for sharing your struggles and your encouragement with mental health means a lot. Unfortunately, one of my children is suffering from depression and anxiety. We are still in the thick of it but hearing and seeing you cope gives me hope. Thank you. Just as a side thought, I was wondering if Bella could use a dog bed as another option when she sleeps. Just thinking of her laying in the hard concrete-she probably prefers the soft dirt, but I was wondering during rainy days when she lays in the front porch or on the back deck if she had a dog bed to rest she may be comfortable. Just a thought to ponder. Stay well❤
YES Brian definitely family.❤ THANK FATHER GOD you are ok IN JESUS NAME ❤ YAY Emily what a wife. ❤ I am such a worrier. Lol I was already panicking when Bella wasn't out there. And that was so cute when Daisy looked at the camera and came towards it. She ain't stupid. 😅 She caught us watching her. ❤ Yes Brian I would love to hear the story of Noah being born. We lost our 1st son right after he was delivered and we'll GOD blessed us with 2 more. Needless to say I was a worry wart. But have had a Blast with them.😊❤ Love yall ❤😊
I’m so happy all is well with your test results, Brian. My health care hub also notifies me of test results often days before the doctor sees them. I always use Dr Google to understand the results and then worry (often needlessly). I certainly understand your anxiety and am so happy Emilie is able to buffer you a bit. She’s such a beautiful blessing to you and Noah. I send love and hugs to the three of you. Here’s to another year onwards and upwards. ❤️🤗❤️
I like your organization of what you're sowing. That rain was awesome! I just enjoyed my coffee and listened to the early morning downpour. Amazon wasn't kidding about an Atmospheric River being 'on the way'. The evening down pour made white out conditions for part of my spouse commute home . I'm glad your place benefited from the rain too. We got over 3 inches in a day.... phenomenal... wonderful! I gotta brag. My garden is small, but I got a 10 X 15 plot planted before the rains came. I put in tall snapdragons, Iceland poppies, calendula, gazanias, fancy kale, and a few potatoes. I sowed iceberg lettuce, a red leaf lettuce, and Japanese mustard. As you might guess, there's just a few of each thing... But it's enough for us. The rains came and I just felt blessed! Happy Gardening and a water bottle toast to your good health!
Brian as you were trying to start your seeds and spread the vermiculite I started thinking did he put seeds in those ones? Maybe he just cut that out. Oops. You were trying to talk about a topic that can and will consume your thoughts so of course it was hard to do two things at once. I appreciate you being open with your struggles as many of us, myself included, struggle with depression and anxiety (though most people don't know it) and like you said it is comforting knowing you aren't alone. I agree that looking back the good stands out more than the negative and bad. My family has the motto of "This too shall pass" that was often said by my great grandfather who had many tragedies in his life (lived through 2 world wars, had to bury his wife when my grandmother was only 4, had to multiple children pass away before him, you get the idea pretty bad things) yet he always tried to look to the positive that while this is bad, it'll get better and I love that you had that on the thumbnail, it truly made my day. I hope and pray all turns out well for your friends with their fight against cancer and while your aneurism isn't cancer or something worse it's ok to feel anxious now and then about it. Keep the great videos coming and thannk you for all you do and say.
Congratulations on your great results. You have many accomplishments and things to be proud of. Bella and Daisy are very cute. You have many things to thank God for. Try to keep positive and just keep moving forward. I know it's easier said than done but it can be done. One day at a time and you have a great support team with your family.
I completely understand about the anxiety. I suffer from severe anxiety and also have depression. I also agree that I would not wish this on anyone, not even my worst enemy, but you are right. There is some comfort to knowing that other people deal with it and understand. I'm so happy to hear that there is no change on the MRI. 😊
Brian, glad to hear you are ok. You are young but getting older the "golden years" suck. My husband and I are going through similar issues as you. With depression just keep busy. Gardening saved me. Bless you!!

Thank you

@@yeevita Thank you for the ideas!!! I do have a grow station in my basement and I'm growing lettuce and a few sedum cuttings I took in the fall.

Thank you so much 😊
You are a good man, husband, father and friend. I am glad to know you. What you share is important to me. Thank you.
Thank you
Thank you for being real and honest and sharing your story. You remind me so much of my brother, so in a weird way you feel like family. I've watched your videos for years and I just love your channels and content so much. You have taught me a LOT! I'm praying for you. God bless you!
Thank you so much 😊
So happy that results are good!
Thank you 😊
So glad your test results are looking good. Thank you for sharing your feelings and thoughts. ❤ Sylvia
Thank you!
Praise the Lord! I am so glad you received good results! I love watching you so much and loved that smile when you announced! Much love! God Bless!
Thank you so much!
Praise God in the aneurysm!
I also struggle with anxiety and depression. Like you people surrounding me have also received cancer diagnosis. Although their journey and our journey are different that does put things in different perspectives. You are right we are not alone, and we are family.
Thank you
It seems like you have figured out how to deal with and go forward in life without depression.
Thank you
I just love you for talking about depression, it’s real. And nothing to be ashamed of. You will be fine because you have us! We will keep you fighting. And that beautiful family of your.
Thank you so much 😊
Yay! Time for a happy dance 🤗🤗❤️❤️
Yeah!!
Praise the Lord for your good news 🙏🤗
Great news Brian so happy for you. You are not alone Brian we all go through different levels of anxiety. I went through post natal depression and came out through the other end. I still take antidepressants but I have quality life. ❤
Thank you 😊
So glad for your excellent news. Bless Emily for her graceful handling of things for you. Once again a joy to see you with your adorable critters. 🙏🏻❤️🎶
Thank you so much!
So glad you are well! Praise God❣ Love seeing you doing so much better, like you said it gets easier each year...Thank you for the update😊
Thank you
Thanks for sharing your life with us. It just shows how personable you are.
We keep watching because we do want to get to know you better.
Thank you so much!
That is GREAT news‼️👏🏻🙏👍🫶🏻 Thank you for your openness and for keeping things real. I truly enjoy all your videos on both channels and you matter to me. 😊
Thank you so much!
Thank you 😊
Great news for you!! Such a great feeling when something you’re struggling with and stressed over turns out to be ok, or at least ok for now! Trust me that I know the fear and worry in awaiting that MRI! And I can’t wait to see the flowers that come from the snapdragon seeds- gorgeous choices!
Thank you
I have dealt with both anxiety and depression for most of my life.
Anxiety and depression cause you to be empathetic. You are right, it’s temporary. Make sure you are getting the right vitamins.
Thank you
So glad you're feeling better 😊 I've learned over the years of anxiety and medications for a couple other things is to take one day at a time because I got tired of wasting time worrying so much. It just robs me of the peace and joy I need to get through my days.
Thank you
Continued prayers, love all your great videos. All your projects are amazing. 😊
Thank you so much!
Daisy is the sweetest little furball, love her❤❤❤
So happy to hear your good news! It was so nice to hear you speak about depression and your perspective. I personally have not suffered from it, but have many friends that have and hopefully your message will reach someone that is feeling alone. You are an amazing compassionate person, and my favorite gardening and homestead channels because your so humble and real.
Thank you
I'm really happy to hear that everything came out well.
Thank you 😊
I’m so happy for your health news!
Thank you 😊
You have had a lot of changes, moving to a new house, that takes awhile to get accustomed too.
Thank you so much 😊
I had depression and anxiety when I was in my 40s and it went away in my 50s. A lot of people I know say the 40s are the age for anxiety. There is hope.
Thank you
I was thinking of you all when the news showed how pummeled with rain San Diego area got. Land upheaval. So glad you got through most of that. Very happy your medical news was a relief! You are inspiring, many aspects of your life. Thank you. Very well done vids too! Bella and Daisy so cute! Thanks for sharing your world!
Thank you 😊
So glad to see Four O'Clocks making a reappearance.
Thank you
Whew, big sigh of relief that no change was shown on the MRI!
Thank you
All my life my dogs have been great therapy for me. You just can’t beat that devotion, unconditional love and when you’re closely bonded they knew when I was down and came close to support. So glad you got a good report 👏👍
Thank you
I’m glad your test results came back good to ease your mind.
Thank you!
Prayers for you and your husband. God bless you.
Thank you. And praying for you and your husband
Thank you so much
So I totally understand the anxiety, 15 yrs ago I had thyroid Cancer and got the talk from my doctor on how I have a 10% higher risk of secondary Cancers blah blah blah. I was a wreck so I saw a therapist who was a short little guy who wore cowboy boots, every time I said I was worried about something he would say "And how's that working for you?" Of course I had to say its not. Now I don't even worry about it. You're doing great!!
Thank you 😊
What!!! SO FUN!! I love Daisy already!! How fun it is watching you all live the dream life!!
David Horrowitz's show was national. I remember it, and I grew up in Iowa.
Good to hear your test results are positive. I love your candid conversations. This group is family to me too. I had a good chuckle over not being able to multi task, me neither, ha, ha. I love Tuesdays!! Thank you for sharing.
Thank you
So happy to hear your test results were ok!! 😊
Thank you 😊
Gardening helps many people to find calm, and they need it for many different reasons. You help with that! ❤️💕
Thank you
Good News about your health! Very happy for you and your family. Prayers go out to your friends that are dealing with Cancer. May it soon be just a memory. Peace
Thank you
Brian, you are so right. Perspective is a great tool for so many aspects of life. It's what pulled me out of my depression and has kept me well for a very long time. Anxiety, on the other hand, is a little tougher to navigate. Everyone deals with it differently, so advice is tough to give.
❤❤❤& hugs to you!! And everyone else who needs them!!
Thank you 😊
So glad to hear that all is well, Brian. It really does help to have a community to bring troubles to for discussion and KNOW you will have support. I know you have a great bunch of people here who care so much about you. I also love your animals, and they obviously dote on you!💞
Thank you
Thank you for sharing with us! You are NOT alone, by any means. I’m so happy to hear there are no changes in your MRI! You are an inspiration to us all, not just through the projects in your videos, but in life :)
Thank you so much!
Thank you
I just love your little Daisy. I wonder how much bigger she will get. Prayers for your complete healing. Thankful the test were good.
Thank you. Daisy will get a little bigger than she is now
Fantastic news, Brian! So happy for ya!🎉
Thanks so much!
@@lorellesams6283 😊❤
Thank you so much 😊
So glad you’re ok. ❤ I really enjoy how you intersect your homesteading with your life. Together they are more interesting than they would be alone because it’s a more complete picture ❤
Thank you so much!
Hi Brian I’m so glad that everything is ok with you, and I hope my anxiety don’t ever ever come back that was a good few years ago that it stop, good to see you again can’t wait to see you really in the garden ❤❤
Thank you
Yes, we got a really good soaking rain for the last couple of days.
Thank you 😊
So glad it’s ok!
Thank you!
Watching Daisy munch on her hay is pretty calming
I’m happy the MRI results where okay😊
Chicken and Daisy will love the pumkins.😊
Ouch, Daisy’s home is flooded, you may need some water diversion or drainage🥲
Dealing with anxiety isn’t easy medication can help, just remember loving family😁
Thank you
I’m very glad your results came back well. 😊
Thank you! 😊
Part of life's philosophy my parents passed onto me was when you think you have it bad, there will always be someone else that has it worse. Try to always find the positive even when the news you receive may be bad. Blessings to everyone ❤ ~ Rhonda
Thank you
Brian, so happy for you…yes, tears were shed. Prayers answered! And so so proud of you in handling it all. You have come a long way. Oh how I remember those days of the diagnosis.
Will be praying for your friends. Blessings to you all.
Thank you so much!
Thank you for sharing Brian! Sending you positive thoughts and energy❤️
Thanks so much!
Stay well❤
Thank you. We have given Bella various beds and she prefers to sleep on the ground.
Great news!! Yes, family indeed.
I soooo love Daisy. What a blessing! 💪🏼💕
Thank you!
Yay!! Glad you and Emily got a good report! Relax and enjoy it.
Thank you!
Thank you!
Glad to hear that everything came back with good news Bryan.
Thank you
I’m so happy all is well with your test results, Brian. ❤️🤗❤️
Thank you so much 😊
I like your organization of what you're sowing.
Thank you! That sounds like an awesome garden 🙂
Thank you so much
I'm so glad the MRI results were good and that you can take a breather for another year!
Thank you
Congratulations on your great results. You have many accomplishments and things to be proud of. Bella and Daisy are very cute. You have many things to thank God for. Try to keep positive and just keep moving forward. I know it's easier said than done but it can be done. One day at a time and you have a great support team with your family.
Thank you so much!
Thank you!
Great news about your MRI results. So glad to hear it. Keep up the good work and videos. I look forward to them every week.
Thank you!
I am glad that you are promoting normalizing mental health issues. I'm glad everything has proven to be good for another year.
Thank you
‘So glad you have good results! Praise God from whom all blessings flow!!
Sharing your experiences is such a help to so many! XO❤
Thank you
Brian, glad to hear you are ok. You are young but getting older the "golden years" suck. My husband and I are going through similar issues as you. With depression just keep busy. Gardening saved me. Bless you!!
