Why would Scott Peterson get a new trial no matter what he killed his wife and son.

Because it's very important to get this "due process" lesson right for everyone's sake.

I absolutely think he's guilty, too, but he has the constitutional right to a fair trial none the less. That's how things work in the civilized corners of the world - at least if you have the funds to hire a team of excellent defense lawyers... The problem in the judicial system isn't that people with money get to enjoy the rights that everyone is granted by the Constitution. The problem is that people who don't have the money to pay for a good defense, routinely have their constitutional rights violated.

Ultimately what I want to say is that the justice system trying to move the cases into judicial system under immense pressure come back in the future. Then waste even more time and continue to clog up the justice system. They are actually going to waste more time, and time cannot be bought back when it’s already been taken away. And the impact of that reaches very far to every case waiting, to each family, to each member, and further. I hope as time goes on this will change.

The problem was that the police investigators asked the judge for the warrant under false/illegal pretense. Then hide behind the raid cops... like "Oops! Mistakes happen"

And that is why I’m against giving them more money, it’s used for all their LAWSUITS

Aren’t no knock warrants used mostly for drug bust?
Not sure how this will help with neighbors… next thing people will discuss is business hours for raids 😆

I think Peterson was guilty and this is ridiculous. Did the jury all think he was guilty or did this one person feel he was guilty and put him in prison 🤔

Rarely do I get to hear so many bad takes in one place. It's like I'm watching Ben Shapiro

What about the Chauvin case? Not only did the judge limit the testimony of someone who could have been charged with the same crime, he made it so the witness didn't have to invoke the 5th from the stand. I believe had the witness taken the 5th on the stand, enough reasonable doubt would have been created to acquit Chauvin. Or what about juror, Brandon Mitchell, after the verdict a picture came out of his wearing a t-shirt that depicted Martin Luther King Jr with the words, "Get your knee off our necks" and "BLM" as well as Brandon's attendance at demonstrations and marches in Minneapolis after Floyd's death that included protests against police brutality? And let's not forget the jury's knowledge of the $27 Million awarded the George Floyd family prior to trial. I welcome a discuss of this case.

So bozo on the right learns that the no knock wasn't even carried out and decides then to instead call it a raid. At least he dresses the part

I honestly never understood even as a kid that they would have a jury of human beings who all have their own way of thinking, most are probably not very mindful and I don’t say that in a way where I am “enlightened/better than/super mindful human being super mindful star whatever you want to say“ but I do say that as in the average American at least I will say especially and the early 2000s in the 90s and you know all that people are still even in 2022 not fully aware in mindful of their whole mental health their body and all of that, and please excuse my my typos on using talk to text and I know the grammar is not perfect. The other thing I wanted to say is that it took so many people like with the pandemic happened being stuck with themselves you know a lot of them who weren’t essential workers and still being in a limited what they can do to realize like that they had to deal with mental health problems and struggles that they would have before the pandemic just been like “I was on your head“ and I know this because there are so many people who have said that to me and the rise in mental health necessity is you know or help is it speaks for itself. And honestly it’s so it’s sad that people have to learn that they need to take care of not just the body which is a whole Nother topic of their body either mind you knowing their inner selfish soul spirit, whatever you believe in in that aspect of the soul and spirit, but it’s sad that it takes pandemic worldwide for people to be realizing not just the trauma you know that comes from being isolated with maybe someone who is a domestically abusive to you or other people that are abusive lake up an abusive family and or even siblings which is some thing I dealt with and you know I don’t wanna be personal about me but I just feel like it’s ridiculous that in 2022 we think we’re so modern but we’re not we’re not mindful we’re not no one not a lot of people are meditating every single day and a lot of people are you know drinking enough water still like it’s just absurd like I think robots should be used

If you don’t have good mental health , then you don’t have any health. If I could trade my CPTSD and OCD for a physical ailment , I absolutely would. Depression alone is debilitating and no one understands or cares.

Really horrid take on the Brett Hankinson case. Unsubscribing because I didn’t realize this was such a biased channel.
