Thank you. I clean my alters . I used to mop and clean everything. I did it I threw out all the old candles that were used and cleaned my altar cloth. I vacuum and mopped..Thank you. I got very clean water set it up.

I have recently put my altar up had the thick water twice since putting it up. I read to put my breath in the water for Ashe. Could the slime be negative energy being released from my breath? I clean my altar every Sunday and didn't get the slime until I started doing this. This week I'm not going to do the breathing and see what happens.

I have a question. On my boveda ancestor altar is a large cup of water with a crucifix in it. This morning is noticed a white plasma like substance along with bubbles all along the crucifix. I dont know what it is. I only set the water with the crucifix up 2 days ago. I dont know if it is ectoplasm or what. I'm hoping it is not from a negative spirit or energies. I put Himalayan salt in it now because that's all I have. But I will get some seasalt.
