Another fun video. I have a kitchen tent that is similar to your Bear's Den and found that it is really easy to put up and down - as long as you start it from the right side.
What I appreciated most in this entire vid, was the way the socks were swinging in time with the snappy music during travel time, when you were heading for the mountains lol.

You can cook the perogies in the air fryer. Get some parchment paper and then no mess.
