Probably an early ASMRist and it wasn’t as popular back then. So she probably wasn’t making money or too much money. Or the second option is she probably got a really good job somewhere.

@@nova396 she started to receive a lot of comments harassing her, they also leaked the location of her house, so for her own secure she deleted her channel (she started making videos between 2011-2012 and her channel was deleted in early 2014)
I hope Aurette is happy and safe, wherever she is. I only just found her videos and I must confess I fell in love with them and her! She has a very very sweet, genuine nature and nothing like other asmr TH-camrs. It saddens me people were so cruel 😟
What did people do that made her leave?
@@Bigplatts Not 100% sure but think her identity was revealed. I get the feeling she was quite a private person as in one video she showed an item with her name on it but covered the name completely, and in another video she mentioned the channel was probably her biggest secret.
But like I say I’m not 100% sure what happened. I hope shes ok too. I watch her vids most days as she was really great!

I have a feeling one channel did actually have her permission to re-upload them.. but again, just word on the street, I dont think there will ever be any proof. Hope she is doing ok though.

It’s not a routine test and is usually given when you’re either being diagnosed or already diagnosed with a neuro issue. I get them to make sure things aren’t getting worse. Takes the calm right out of it.
I’m not sure but it might be given to the elderly as a routine exam to look for any neuro problems.
I just found her videos and I was amazed about how comforting her voice is ....She is like an angel 🧸
Aurette was among the very first real asmr channels I watched, like back then videos of Lita and Bob Ross was all the relaxing videos you could find. I have wondered from time to time if I could rewatch one of her videos but over time I forgot what her channel was called
Today was a good day
I only got into the ASMR TH-cam community around mid-2019. Starting early 2006, I had frequently (sometimes twice a night) experienced true ASMR- as in the actual feeling: Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response- A truly indistinguishable feeling of INTENSE tingling from the top or back of your head which moves downward to the top/mid-section of your spine (...which most ASMR artists and viewers seem to have never experienced). That was before the sensation had been given a name and trying to talk to anyone about it was almost useless, because practically no one could relate and they usually thought there may be something medically wrong with you. My ASMR experiences only lasted for about two years, becoming fewer and farther between toward the end. Try to imagine feeling pure ecstasy for anywhere from 20 seconds to a minute and a half without any negative side effects whatsoever... and wishing you knew how to replicate them. I had a basic understanding of some of the common ingredients that worked for me... A dark room. No distractions. A singular source of light and sound. And sounds which generally lured me into a state of relaxation and half-sleep. But when it became harder to find that state of mind, it was like having felt perfection... then having it taken away from you and not knowing why. I wish I had known about the 'Whispers' and early ASMR community on TH-cam back then. They may have helped me hold on to that sensation. ...Since then, I've never been able to replicate the true sensation of ASMR, even with ASMR videos, even the best of them. But I found many of them calming and soothing, nevertheless. Unfortunately, I'd have to say about 99% or more of the ASMR videos out there are worthless, even as a medium for relaxation. Most are churned out by TH-camrs looking to cash in on the current and apparently ongoing trend. I've sort of been on a mission to trace my way back through TH-cam and the internet to the best and most effective ASMR content, as well as the origins of ASMR. As far as the 'OG's' of pre-labeled ASMR, Bob Ross is still the gold standard for me. For current TH-cam ASMR artists who are authentic to the intention of the medium, Madi ASMR is among my favorites. Her content is role-play heavy, so that may or may not appeal to everyone. Having started my search and review of the early TH-cam ASMR artists, I have to say, ASMR Aurette is clearly one of the best. I wish more of her content was still available.
I would have to fully disagree with your assessment that over 99% of ASMR videos are worthless, I have been experiencing tingles since the mid-80's, there are plenty of extremely effective and well done ASMR videos and roleplays. They may not work for you, but that doesn't give you the authority to dictate your opinion as fact.
@@DasKrug I did not state anything 'as fact'. I presented what I said in the context of my own experience and opinion. If I'm reading your comment right, I'm glad you've been able to continue experiencing the sensation of ASMR and that many videos are effective for you.

When I would watch bob Ross when I was younger it would last the entire time the show would run. So for a half hour I would be super high before I started to do drugs

This is certainly one of the best ASMR video I have ever watched. But I must say, the British doctor from Aidan videos has the best voice for asmr. Her saying "Lovely and floppy" is the best part. 👍

It's a shame she deleted her channel, although the reason is understandable. I've only just discovered her now, so I'll never get to see a lot of the videos she had up.

@@RPKGameVids I figured that’s what it was. Some dudes are absolutes freaks. There was another TH-camr I watched that creeps doxed so she bailed out. She uploads once a year for Christmas now though but that’s it.

@@hecubot She accidentally doxxed herself. She linked her friends facebook link to credit her for the white room video project she did and asmraurette's facebook was visible in the friends list. Someone mentioned her mistake and she wiped everything; nobody threatened her into leaving. At least this is how I understand it.
Aurette was so good. Back in the good times. VVV was great as well. Dolly too. So many others, I can't even remember. I just miss them.

Aww, I miss ASMRAurette. She was one the first ASMR video creators I subscribed to, along with Gentle Whispering (Maria), VeniVidiVulpes, SophieMichelle, etc.
2009 - 2012 has been the peak of technologically entertaining stuff.

@@doomboydoomableshe left after she accidentally leaked her name to the internet, i won’t go into detail how that happened but she always wanted to remain anonymous. She is still around on instagram and continues to make artsy projects (not asmr related) she’s moved away from that asmr chapter of life, before her sudden departure she was very open about how toxic some people were to her, and when the trolls got a hold of her full name she did what she thought was right and left.

she’s didn’t pass away, these videos are just reuploads but she left the asmr community back in 2013-2014 i can’t remember but it was around that time. that’s why people say they miss her.

I don't recall exactly, but I feel like she was active about 6-8 years ago. I think the channel was active for a brief time, then continued on sporadically for a bit, then maybe one semi-asmr post that had been filmed for a school project after a long absence, and I just stopped seeing anything from her probably 5-6 years ago.
She remains one of the absolute best I've ever seen. I cannot believe that more asmrtists since then haven't followed her example with simple videos that extract the triggers from roleplays and leave all of the roleplaying elements out. The extravagantly produced roleplay videos that are such a dominant trend today are the antithesis of what Aurette was about. I hope it's true that she retains a substantial following; these reposted videos are the first mention I've seen of her in years.

@@mrsteve8341 That brings back some memories! I think it's true that the ASMR community peaked early. Basic imitations of relaxing triggers was relaxing, but high production values are not inherently relaxing. I don't think the world of million follower accounts, career youtubers, sponsors on every video, product placement, and competitive video making has been good for the core goal of ASMR.

Shes married to some Italian named Sony Toprano, lives in New Jersey and has two kids. Unfortunately, her husband never had the makings of a varsity athlete.
This girl was like a little ASMR fairy! I remember, catching onto her magic, when her channel had just got underway. "Cranial Nerve Exam" may have been her biggest hit. What is truly dark, and strange, is the phenomenon. whereby, the sweetest lambs, seem to attract the worst savagery, from internet jackals. Sadly, ASMR Aurette, was horribly treated, by such creatures. It reminds me, of an incident that befell my yoga class, at the beginning of the Plandemic®️. I guess, the Zoom security was really weak, because utter strangers broke into our meeting, and cussed us out, in the most vitriolic, psychotic manner, imaginable! The phenomenon, of online trolls, and other anonymous viciousness, seems to be an indication, of how many people are going through life, with the urge, to do harm. And, the lowest cowards, of them all, make life a little more difficult, for ASMR Aurette, and the other sweet content providers, who - ironically - offer peace, to those who are able to appreciate it!
If memory serves, WhisperCrystal and Cutebunny992 had the exact same problem with psychotic trolls. It's definitely a symptom of our crumbling, degenerate society.

@@hadara69 Totally understand you. I’m a follower of Jesus (for over 45 years) and I respect @Cuatroconejos zeal for the Gospel. That said, I don’t like these random drops of scripture everywhere either. I get what he’s trying to do-and I do my fair share of evangelism, too-but I like to be relevant, respectful, and usually try to build a relationship before I share the hope I have Christ and the peace one finds in Him. Randomly going “all biblical” on people can be a real turnoff and can actually DISCOURAGE people from finding genuine and meaning faith.
